I dont know what happened. I am getting ready to sell my house, need some last minute touchup paint. Brought my paint can tops in for them to match and not one single color marched at all. Four out of five they said they could march (not even close) and one they said they couldnt do ( a white basic flat ceiling paint, mind you). I dont know if it was because the young man behind the desk had no clue what he was doing because the store manager had literally mixed some exterior a-100 for me the week before and it was perfect. Whatever. I spent 100 bucks on four quarts and nothing matched. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Never ever had this experience at SW. Unfortunately, got the paint mixed sat, had to paint Sat night, they are closed Sun and I had to fly out Monday night. They left me scrambling. I went to Home Depot, begging a 19 yo girl to help me match perfectly. She did it until she got it right. Took her time and saved my butt. So if you need paint that's interior, go to Home Depot. And dont let the young guy at SW mix your paint--it will be very wrong. Wish I had time to stop in and talk to the manager, but my schedule was too tight (thanks to SW).

He always seems to find me when I'm around or if he sees anyone. He ALWAYS ask if I need help finding something. Id be going around looking for stuff I don't I need lol, (Milwaukee tools ) and I always hear him near by always asking people if they need help Super super nice guy, I just want to give compliments to that young guy. Next time I return, Ill get the one that says NO TRESSPASSING. I sure beats to buy it here than buying it online. You can get these instantlly when you take the time to drive here. Other than that, I really enjoyed walking through this place too. I can think of all kinds of craft ideas. I probably would return to get craft supplies. Would love to redo my bedroom with new paint. They have a section that has an impressive supply of paints. This is really a great place to go to if you need to make some home improvements at your home.

Over the last 2 months, one Hispanic young employee with red hair has made every visit extremely unpleasant with rude behavior and a terrible attitude. Today, she was also constantly staring at us in a very judgmental way and making us feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were shopping. No customer should feel watched or judged just for being in the store. The older cashier with glasses at the register was also openly looking us up and down and came across as very judgmental and unwelcoming. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or judged while simply trying to shop. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service lately has been awful. I really wish management would hire kinder, more professional employees instead of people with constant attitudes toward customers.

But…read moreI can say that I tried calling them for three days and never got a human to answer the phone. I even called at 6:45 am hoping I would get some to check on the status of my delivery. No luck...so I drove over to see what the status was the delivery. I was not a happy customer at this point, but I have to admit that the young lady named "ACE" went over and beyond to help me...basically talk me off the ledge...after that she took the time to call the person who I need to talk to. When I met "RYAN" he explained the situation to me and I asked if he could get my delivery made today and he said yes. So I was happy at this point. But I also want to let the other employees who also took the time out to assist me with some other stuff I was buying. "STEVEN B", "JOSSE and "JOSHUA" were very helpful in assisting me as well. They are great employees. Also thank you "GLORIA" the lumber cashier who was very friendly and kind. Needless to say, I received my delivery that day (5/13) (Riding Mower) "DONNIE D", the delivery man was very friendly and explained everything in detail regarding my mower. If it wasn't for these five (5) great employees I probably would have refund a refund and never walked in any Lowe's again. Thanks again, ACE, RYAN, JOSSE, JOSHUA, GLORIA and DANNY D!!!

This, you have a better shot of getting the right part complete, and working order in a goodwill. Don't ever shop at these stores. They do not have anyone educated enough to even tell you what some of these parts are. Let alone help you. But then to act like children, is the cherry on top. Never shop at these stores
