This company lies every day about what or what not is happening. Excuse after excuse. I'm told…read moresomeone will show by 2pm. I call at 3pm. "Someone will be out this afternoon. I call at 4pm. I get another excuse and at 6 pm no one shows up. So much wasted time on my part waiting on someone to show up to finish a part of the pool, and yet, no one shows up. According to the contract, the pool should be done 6-8 weeks from the time the submit the permit paperwork. That was in March. It is now July 21 and I'm still waiting for the pump system to be completely installed. I complained to the BBB, Yelp, and Google on line. The company only seemed to act on their mess and actual plastering of the pool two days later...coincidence? IDK Consider not using a family owned company when it comes to construction as there is too much drama. They never hesitate to ask for their payments on time. But will never return your calls, never call when they say they will, and most definitely don't show up when they say they will. The office seems to know nothing about anything other than billing and getting the contract signed. I believe they over book themselves and anyone who has a larger priced pool takes priority. How this company has stayed in business for 50 + years is beyond me. I feel my pool, my project, and my satisfaction is only based on when they can fit me in. Time for the law to take hold in a breach of contract suit. As I figure it, based on my hourly rate of $30 an hour, and they have wasted 120 hrs of my time, they owe me at least $3600 of wasted time. Since I can't place a value on a wasted summer, I'm guessing a good attorney can get me lost time on vacations and other time lost. Do NOY use this company, I don't care how many so called positive reviews they might have. You would think a family owned and operated business might care a bit more about customer satisfaction. The only positive is the pool design is a good looking design. That's it!

There are too many lights that are not working and makes play very hard at night and is a safety risk. This facility can very easily be a five-star rating if maintenance (city support) improves. The price was super reasonable. The employees were amazing. They worked hard even in this 100 degree weather. They rested during their lunch and went right back to work--no wasted time ever. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were super polite and professional when we did approach them about anything. I could not be more pleased with the work KINGZ Pool Services did on my pool coping and deck, and I…read morehighly recommend them! My pool originally had approximately 70% flagstone coping, while the remaining 30% had the existing concrete deck extending all the way to the edge of the pool. Over time, the concrete deck had moved and developed cracks, many of the grout lines between the flagstone coping had either cracked or was gone and the area where there was no coping had developed major cracks between the concrete cantilever and the tile line. Those cracks were allowing water to get behind the pool. KINGZ Pool Services recommended cutting back the concrete and installing Oklahoma flagstone coping around the remaining 30% of the pool and to regroup everything. I'll be honest -- I was scared to death to have someone cut into my existing pool deck! But it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. The transformation is incredible. They matched the new Oklahoma flagstone to the existing coping so well that, unless you knew there had originally been no coping in that area, you would never know it wasn't there from the beginning. They also expertly repaired the cracks in the existing concrete deck and paint-matched the repairs to the surrounding area. The result is incredibly seamless. They removed all of the old, deteriorated grout between the existing coping stones and along the tile line and re-grouted everything. They also properly cut back a line between the coping and deck so they could install mastic where it belongs. Previously, there was no mastic between the flagstone and the deck -- just grout that had worn away in many places. The entire job was completed in less than two days, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. They covered the pool during the work, and although there was understandably some dust left in the water, they actually got into the pool and removed the larger pieces that had fallen in. My filter and pool cleaner will take care of the remaining fine dust over the next couple of days. The quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail, the excellent color and stone matching, and the overall finished product exceeded my expectations. And they did it at a great price. If you need pool coping, deck repairs, grout or mastic work, or any of the other services they provide, I would absolutely recommend KINGZ Pool Services. I am extremely happy with the finished product and would use them again without hesitation!

We are no further along now than we were then. They have falsified dates several times of when they will be out to complete the project. When I called today (from a different number so they would answer) I was told they were finishing a project in Lubbock. According to Jim Adams (San Juan rep), Texas Cool Pools does not service that area. Dean stated they would be at our house the middle of April and this did not happen. Eric then stated in writing they would be out between May 18th and 31st and that did not happen. A friend called today and spoke with Marie about getting a new pool. She was told 8-12 weeks for the pool to be delivered and 30-45 to complete it. They are continuing to intentionally fraud people. If you are deciding which pool builder to go with, I would not choose this company. If you have recently signed a contract in the last few months, there is a good chance they were not truthful about any aspect of the process and time it will take to complete it. If you didn't want the work you should have said so instead of wasting my time. Would never do business with this company again, even if it was for free.
