These uneducated people at the front went and got saunter to test it and it melted it obviously. They do not comprehend that the basic saunter will melt under any heat. The purpose of a soldering iron I needed to heat it and the pins I was solder it too. It said it could do it on the box, it did the job at first, stopping working to BOX SPECIFICATIONS. But apparently to these people if I works at all they'll refuse a refund. When it says should get to 900F and only get hit enough to melt solder it's not doing what I bought it to do. If I wanted it to only be melt the solder in direct contact I would've bought a cheaper one. But these people who do not understand how to solder. Horrible customer service every single time I go in. But when every other place is out of what I need I plead with God to have what I need fall from the sky before I have to enter their doors.

Definitely great customer service which is important to me; Never owned a Stihl but was taking in consideration his advice when comparison.
