It took us an extra trip to make sure we had the right color, but we were able to call it in, so our paint was ready when we got back to the store. When we first walked in no one greeted us for a good couple mins but once they did they helped us out and I even had to have one of the sales reps talk to our contractor to make sure we were getting the right paint. I will say that it bothers me that since SW is the paint experts that no one really gave us any expert advice on what painting material we should buy. I told her that we bought from Sherwin-Williams for their expertise in estimating the volume and paint quality. I asked her if there was any other solution. She recommended another brand that would be close to my original brand. I told her that solution wouldn't work as I will look at it for the next 25 years. I asked her why I should buy from Sherwin-William if there was no difference than buying from a Home Depot. She told me to leave and said if I didn't she would "call someone." I assumed she was going to call the police. Stephaine, her co-worker, just laughed. As I walked out, Shelby told me to call her supervisor. There was one hiccup as an item from my order was missing and I didn't realize it until I got home. Shame on me for not checking before I left the store.
