The employee arrived and told me they he was sorry to interrupt the party but he had to close the store. It was 6:02pm. I understand that you do not accept new customers past 6pm but those that are already inside should be handled differently, particularly when they are done and ready to purchase their paint. I would give a five stars on that employee rudeness though!

I arrived at Sherwin-Williams this morning to look at The products that they offered to paint the exterior my home. The painter and I were greeted by an employee named Tony. He was very knowledgeable about the products that they offer and he made suggestions as to what would work best for the durability of the paint. After considerable deliberation with my painter we chose a paint that is guaranteed for 25 years. We then had to paint shaken, and bought paint supplies to complete the job. I was very happy with the price of the product. To pay the entire house on the exterior cost me about $360. Tony also suggested that I join their frequent buyer club and receive 10% off. Anybody would love that kind of bargain! Comparing this paint store with another paint store down the street that offers a very good product, I felt Sherwin-Williams to be a better deal. I love the customer service at this particular store offers. If you're going to touch up your exterior house paint, paint the entire house, or take on a special project I recommend you try out the Sherwin-Williams store on the corner of McKee and Capitol. The two gallons was not enough and we needed less than a quart to finish the job. I asked to purchase a quart. Shelby told me that they didn't sell this paint in quarts. I told her that we bought from Sherwin-Williams for their expertise in estimating the volume and paint quality. I asked her if there was any other solution. She recommended another brand that would be close to my original brand. I told her that solution wouldn't work as I will look at it for the next 25 years. I asked her why I should buy from Sherwin-William if there was no difference than buying from a Home Depot. She told me to leave and said if I didn't she would "call someone." I assumed she was going to call the police. Stephaine, her co-worker, just laughed. As I walked out, Shelby told me to call her supervisor. I trusted Sherwin-Williams to help me with my paint needs only to have a shed that needs a little more paint. I guess I have learned my lesson on the character of your company. Sad. Three of us in a cul-de-sac just had the mobile service from the Springboro store come out and sercice 4 mowers. Oil change, oil filters, blade sharpening, flat tire repair; they did it all. The alternative would be to rent trailers and take them the store. It was awesome having the service done right here where we live. For sure next year we'll call and setup another service call. It was great and our technician was knowledgeable about all of our mowers; zero turn, lawn tractor, and walk behind. You won't be disappointed.

Went to Ace Hardware today to get a fuse to replace the one in my HVAC system after a severe storm…read morehit the area. I was not sure if the my fuse was bad and I could not find my multimeter to test it. Brought the fuse in and they tested it for me and confirmed it was bad for free. I called ahead and placed an order for curbside pickup, yep! You don't even have to go into the store! My 10 gallons of paint were to be ready in 20 minutes of calling the order in. I showed up at the store, there is not designated curbside spots but it wasn't busy so finding my car right in front was easy for the staff. When I arrived, I let the store know I was out front and they took my payment information. They then brought out the 10 gallons and placed them into my trunk for me! Great buying experience.
