The 1st lesson of customer service is to come up to your potential customer and say " hi guys what can we do for you today" or " what color are you thinking "? Basic 101 skills you would think right? Well not the case . Sherwin-Williams is known for their outstanding but after this experience they will not be known for their great service! I get it .. it's a Saturday and I'm sure you have much better things to do than work but you are paid to do your job so do it! I witnessed another customer that came in while we were there and he had asked the question if they something and the counter person said " that's all we got".Now normally you would say " I'm sorry we don't have it at this moment but let me check another store for you " I shook my head in embarrassment as the customer walked out.
