They greet you at the door and help you get what you need cheerfully, even if it is only a fifty cent item rather than going to the big box stores that force you to buy an entire pack of nuts and bolts. Their inventory of small but essential parts for the home and shop is impressive and there are rarely any empty bins. I have been using this store since 1975. Home Depot forced them to drop their lumber and building supply plus many other items but they were still able to hang on by selling the small hard to find things when you only need one or two parts. I never get tired looking for help in this store and I usually always get what I need. They will also order parts that they do not stock and they sell many paints and decorating supplies at lower prices than Home Depot or Lowes.

I asked if the store said that with morning hours for contractors only? Let him know we were trying to be supportive to local businesses and didn't appreciate being treated like we were garbage. We spent $200 dollars on 3 gallons and a quart. When I went to leave, I noticed the gallon was in the wrong finish. I asked frank and he said that's what I showed him. I explained that's impossible as the only paint label I have is the one I showed him. So I showed him again. He replied" man I'm not arguing with you but that's not what you showed me". He's 100% wrong, rude and disrespectful and I'm disgusted. My husband was patient and kind. And was bypassed for and hour then rudely spoken to them not taken care of. I guess contractors are more important thank your every day veteran who served 27 years in the army protecting us. Shame on you Frank.

When our pipes burst, we went here for replacements. The plumber himself goes there, not only for jobs on our house but for his own. Everyone here demonstrates their knowledge and acts as a complete professional. They're warm, kind, fun, and the store is pet-friendly. We've picked paint for our house from here. They also have an adjoining gardening shop where we got pumps for our basketballs and my bike. They also can get plywood or other building materials because they work with contractors, and they will candidly recommend whether you need to go somewhere else to get a part you need--which has only happened once to me in my experience; they just didn't have it in stock at the time, but they wanted me to fix my machine that day. 10 / 10
