I have not had any bad experiences here - there is sometimes a little wait like today. There was just one person working in the store this morning and two customers ahead of me. I only had to wait about 5 minutes, if that, for him to assist me. Every other time I have gone in I have had good service. It could be that I don't go during busy times, but I have always had helpful and friendly service at this Classen location.

He explained how the numbering system worked, how to search for complimentary colors to the color chips and also offered advice on how whites would look if they were warm or cool. I wanted to get a sample of a paint mix but due to supply chain issues I had to purchase a quart of it. The associate was helpful with picking a sheen as well since the color I was considering would be for bathroom cabinets. I ended up not loving the paint color for my bathroom cabinets but I will use it as an accent for my built in electric fireplace. Highly recommend this location, everyone is helpful and friendly.
