The store was able to switch my order to pick up, without me having to cancel. If I had to cancel it would have taken a few days to get my money back to be able to resubmit my order for pickup which means going without heat in negative temps. I am so thankful to the store manager for helping me out and getting this figured out so I could keep my heat going! This store really does care about the community they are apart of!

If you're a gardener, in the spring they have seeds and starts for perennials -- the roots of asparagus, rhubarb, and other food-bearing plants like that, in little bags, ready to plant. Bird seed and bird feeders. Pet food (though not the kind I'd ever buy) treats and toys and collars and leashes. Cool farm-themed toys such as animals, tractors & trucks, and fun cars. We love being able to bring our dog in there to get a treat and walk around and meet people. When we were there today, we met a young couple with a small puppy. They were buying a bag of dog food, a bed and a few other dog supplies.

My father went to this store to buy some equipment after purchasing an ITC membership. After…read moreproving to the cashier that he was a member and required a discount, the cashier informed my dad he wasn't in the system despite my dad having proof of his membership. My dad had shopped at this store for years and and after he requested help from a manager the cashier proceeded to call my dad a dick in front of several customers causing a scene. The manager came over and asked what happened and the cashier denied this happened. My dad left in anger and the manager told my dad he would follow up with him about the situation and his membership. This never happened and he hasn't heard from them since. Be careful shopping at this store for rude employees and management that don't value their customers run the show.
