We also decided to buy an axe for some wood, and so we found another team member who directed us to the axes. All of the enployees seemed super helpful, intelligent, and kind. They were knowledgable about the products as well, and helped us decide on the best product to purchase. They were not necessarily trying to only sell us the most expensive brand. The gentleman helping us with the axe actually suggested a much cheaper one for wood cutting.

My dad left in anger and the manager told my dad he would follow up with him about the situation and his membership. This never happened and he hasn't heard from them since.
