It's a consignment shop so obviously the merchandise is always changing. You also need to look closely as there's accent pieces scattered throughout. He was beyond helpful -- let me ask about 5,027 questions without ever making me feel stupid, annoying, or like I was wasting his time. Today I went back, still overwhelmed, and even apologized for being so clueless and wishy-washy. Chad didn't miss a beat. He said: "You should be. Make sure you ask questions, do your homework." He never once made me feel dumb or like I was a bother. Instead, he put together a package that was actually cheaper than the bundle I thought I needed, and reassured me that if I need help later, someone there will show me how to use everything. My husband and I contacted 10+ contractors here on Yelp, some with 4.5 stars that would fail to show up to our home and/or follow through with communication. Fortunately, we came across this company.
