I just told him the color I wanted and he procured all supplies, let himself in via smart lock, and followed up with detailed pictures as soon as the job was done. I was able to handle this completely remotely. My tenant confirmed he did an amazing job (super clean, sharp trim lines, even application). And his price was totally reasonable.
