Came by here to pick up touch up paint for our new home. Store is located off the 215 Fwy and you can see it from the freeway. Exit off Orange Show Rd and turn right. This store is the bigger one on your right. You can't miss it. Met a friendly customer service employee, Daniel, who assisted me to buy the paint I needed. I already knew that this brand of paint is expensive but will last a long time. I was hoping to buy a quart size to do the touch up, but had to purchase a gallon size. No worries, the gallon of paint will still be good for two years to do any future touch ups needed. Got wood stir sticks and a two inch brush to get the job done. They put Flat paint was in a can labeled Satan. We didn't notice when it was wet since it was white. Now it doesn't match the wall's we painted with a prior order of the same paint. Will have to redo a 2 story stairway which will be a major hassle. read more

My wife and I had a great experience today at the San Bernardino Sherwin-Williams. There was a new employee helping us who was friendly but the other employee guiding him was great! I didn't ask his name but he carried himself like he was the owner or maybe the manager. Shewrin-Williams has the best quality of paints that I've painted with and has several low and zero VOC options. This is just a review of this particular branch, however. Steve helped us out when we came in. We were working with a corporate sales representative (James) ordering a large order of commercial paint. It was supposed to be ordered to this branch but when we showed up we discovered it had been delivered to Riverside. We showed up only twenty minutes before closing but Steve was kind enough to call the other branch for us and fax our information to them. Also, he asked them to deliver it to the job site (since it was Sherwin-Williams error) even though they don't normally do that. On top of that, he was knowledgeable and helpful with the other small products we purchased on the spot. read more

The employees here are AMAZING. I was helped by RUBEN on the first day and by ANGEL the next two days. On the first day Ruben helped me color match a gallon of paint, he re did it a few times until we were happy. I felt pretty bad about having him keep tweaking the paint but he rest assured me it was fine and he did not mind. Unfortunately when I got home and swatched the paint on my walls it was too dark. I had no idea paint was so finicky and looks different in every lighting/room. I came back the next day and Angel helped me and explained to me why my paint was behaving like that and he tried his best to add as much white pigment to lighten my paint he also suggested other ways to fix the problem. I went home again and swatched the paint. Still to dark. I came back and Angel helped me buy some white paint to mix into the paint. He even helped me mixed it. He went above and beyond. Both employees made me feel valued as a customer even though I was just buying one gallon of paint. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend. read more

This review has nothing to do with their product, Sherwin Williams makes fantastic paint and we wouldn't use anything but their Emerald line in our home. But having been there multiple times in the past couple weeks their customer service is terrible. We witnessed the employees (normally only one working at a time) ignore a ringing phone while they were walking around doing other things. Most recently we came in (about 10 minutes before closing on a week day) to get some previously purchased paint tinted. We had bought quite a bit at one time but were still sorting out some colors. The employees asked if we were buying anything or just tinting what we had. Then proceeded to ask us to come back another time, since they were very busy with orders (I assume commercial phone orders, the store was empty) and were closing soon. Tinting a single gallon of paint takes all but two minutes and needless to say we were extremely disappointed with the employees response. read more
