Just remodeled several areas mostly cosmetic. Pretty much everything you see is from floor & decor. We used zellige oat ceramic for the kitchen backsplash and shower. Isabella tile for the kitchen backsplash above stove pattern. The fireplace has coastal bluff brick tile thats mitered at the corners. The hearth is edessa tile. The hallway shower floor is umber matte tile alternated with the same tile just a little more beige. The countertop was through a f&d 3rd party and it looks amazing. I want to highlight the exceptional service I've consistently received from, Joselyn - Moreno Valley Store, every time I've visited the store. She is always helpful, patient, and has an incredible eye for design. No matter how busy or quiet the store is, she is the one person who reliably checks in, offers assistance, and genuinely engages with customers. There have been multiple occasions when other employees were standing around talking while the store was empty, yet she was the only one who noticed I needed help and stepped in without hesitation. Her dedication was especially evident when I came to pick up my order. It was raining, and without being asked, she put on gloves and personally carried everything out to my car to ensure everything was loaded. What made this even more impressive is that she is petite in stature, yet she tackled the task with more initiative and professionalism than coworkers many of them men who watched and didn't offer to assist. Went to pick up some tile Had some associates ask if we needed help. In the meantime I had found your snack machines and coffee way back in the back of the store. I think the location is a secret. So mommies with kids, just letting you know. Way overpriced for a bag of chips. $1.55. And there are also drinks. In vending machines I did get a cup of coffee which is complimentary Accidentally spilled my coffee on the floor and I asked three associates for something to wipe it up, not one of them broke a sweat to help me. Having seen a roll of paper towels I went and got it myself and between the two of us we got the floor wiped up. My husband and I wiped up my spill but those three associates didn't stop to help. They kept on walking. There are so many associates socializing with each other but not really taking the time to socialize with the customers. It'd be nice to see a store manager making the rounds to put effort into socializing with the customers. read more

Although I love the store, but not this location. This is my first time I came to this location because another location messed up my $14,000 order, so now we have been on a hunt to find tiles at other locations. As a reminder , you if you want the tiles to be sent to your store there is a $200 fee for that, that's one thing i can't stand about floor and decor. And if you have large order , your delivery fee is astronomical, this time they quoted me $1800. Anyhow, I come to the store and the manager on duty named JB Was as unpleasant as possible to deal with. I literally asked him if he was literally the manager and if he just got that position. His answer was yes and that he just got that position. I blame the organization for not polishing their staff before promoting them!! On what grounds or merit did this organization think that JB would make a good leader ? He lacks common sense , logic And subpar Customer Service skills. read more

I have been to the Moreno location a few times and I have to say I'm always pleasantly surprise with the great Customer service I get every single time. Today I got help from the manager Larissa and Guillermo and another young lady (sorry didn't see the name ) . They were super helpful. Guillermo didn't blink an eye in helping load up the heavy boxes. They have a young staff who are professional and eager to help. I am not a customer. But I did work there at the distribution center in Moreno valley on hemlock. The job seemed good at 1st but after the first couple days it turned out to be bad and a hostile work environment. The reason I say that is because management expects the merchandisers to pick a hundred items an hour while driving a cherry picker that is a very hard thing to do when you're driving a cherry picker and there's other people working around you so I think that is an unrealistic number they want you to be able to pick 800 items by the end of the day. And then also I found out after a couple days of working there that the people they call the coordinators which they're responsible for overseeing the merchandisers or they're also called pickers they're responsible for overseeing their performance and the signing test and I found out that the coordinators give favoritism to certain people by assigning them certain tasks that will give them big numbers. And I found out that one of the coordinators named Mike does that a lot. And I'm not just saying that to point somebody out or make something up I am saying that because it's the truth and I experienced it from working there I was always assigned task that had low numbers so it was very hard for me to hit the target goal.Also a lot of the equipment there is old and broken for example a lot of the Cherry pickers have things wrong with them that affect the way that cherry picker runs and that affects the person driving the cherry picker and picking items. For example on my last day there I was driving a cherry picker that had wires that were exposed and broken and then I had to try to find a different cherry picker to drive which was very hard to do because a lot of the Cherry pickers are broken down so then I had to take one of the Cherry pickers to maintenance and wait about 20 minutes for him to fix it which affected my picking number is greatly. And I got laid off after working there for almost a month and a half they didn't give a reason why they just said the assignment ended which is very shocking because I showed up on time every day and worked very hard. In my opinion that is not a good place to work I wouldn't recommend anybody working there and I wouldn't recommend anybody investing their money to buy tile there because I saw tile inside boxes that were broken a lot of the times. read more

So me and the Hubby went to finally check out this design store. First things first they are trying to practice social distancing and sanitary guidelines. the store is huge. I appreciated that they have little displays set up so that you can see how the different materials can be used. They have every type of flooring you could imagine and some that I didn't even think could be used as flooring. As for their prices I'm not to sure. I would definitely compare prices with your other big box stores. I had no interaction with employee so I cant comment on the friendliness or the knowledge of them. The couple that walked by while we were there smiled and said hello. If you are in the remodeling mode right now (which a lot of people are) I would check this place out and see all the different options that are opened to you. read more

Wanted to give a big thank you to one of your associates. Gabriel helped us find a particular marble flooring that I had looked at 4 of your locations for. Every time I arrived at a new location, they never had what they said they had in stock. I spoke to Gabriel on the phone, he physically went to see the product that he had to confirm the 50 pieces we needed & asked his manager if they could hold them for me till the morning. I live 2 hrs from your store but it was worth the drive to get the product we really wanted for our bath. I arrived the next morning & it was just where he left it ready to go w/ my name. Such a shame !!! This location is being ran by an ignorant supervisor (Aaron). We where attracted and amazed by all the beautiful tiles in store, however very difficult to get someone to assist us from the beginning. After we finally flagged an employee down we purchased $6,500.00 they gave us a 7-10 days wait time. 15 days later we finally came in to the store and we're advise it was ready. They helped loaded into our truck. Right from the get go, the packaging was poorly done. Once at home we were disappointed to discover that the entire pallet of tile were broken. When we finally returned the tile, and loaded the second half of the order we where told that it was the same they would switch it out for new tile, like if they were doing us a favor. Same problem, cracked tiles. As we where trying to resolve the problem Aaron stated "do you want it or not?". Why would anyone in their right stage of mind except broken tile. After speaking with other employees we where informed the actual boss had medical issue and they left Aaron in charge. What a disappointment. However looking at a positive side we discovered another business ( Bedrosian) in Anaheim who assisted us from beginning to end. They have all the tile needed for any project. While the service we received prior to our selection was wonderful, my wife and I are EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with the follow up visits we made regarding their NUCORE vinyl plank product. After 1600 feet was laid, we noticed a VERY DISTINCT AND LOUD CLICKING, ESPECIALLY ALONG THE "DROP AND CLICK" JOINTS. Our installer said this would likely go away. It's been ONE YEAR now and it's still not gone. I'm guessing it was because he wanted to "go away!" We had another contractor come out and inspect the job because we thought the work the contractor did might be the issue. After pulling pieces up in several areas, the second contractor determined the job was done reasonably well and he suggested laying a CHEAPER PRODUCT he has had success in. He determined the product was the issue; going as far and taking new pieces we bought and laying them on a decidedly flat service. Still clicking and popping! We contacted the store and were told TWICE that it was because we didn't use the waterproof barrier. The floor was waterproofed before. They kicked the can down the road. We even bought a roll and pulled up the hallway and had it installed with THEIR BEST UNDERLAYMENT. Still the clicking and popping. CONTACTED F &D. STILL NOTHING. We are reasonable people. WE SIMPLY WANT A REFUND. Then when we can afford it, we will even pay for the reinstall ourselves. By the way, the second contractor was too professional to even charge us for the work he did and strongly advised us to AVOID FLOOR & DECOR because of their lack of follow through. I WOULD ADVISE THE SAME! IF Floor & Decor wants to contact me, they can reply and I will be happy to provide them with our invoice etc. read more
