This job was nearly the entire interior of a 3000sq/ft home which included some very high ceilings and some other challenging areas. In addition, they had to work around our dogs, two kids who are home and our desire to have them work a full day, but still have our time to ourselves. We are not the easiest to work with but Atilio did a great job communicating with my wife and keeping the job moving, despite us adding some elements in the middle of the job. His crew are very friendly and do whatever they can to make you happy, AND were on time or early EVERY DAY for three weeks. That's a big deal to us and a rarity in the contracting world! The paint quality was great, they cleaned up nightly and were very insistent that we were happy with the job and reiterated they'd come back if we find any issues. They did that with our past jobs with them and never gave us any grief if we had them back! Wouldn't use any other painters!

In preparations of getting my house re-strained I hired a pressure washing company to get rid my stain & clean up my siding. What I didn't realize is they ruined most of my siding by penetrating too deep in the wood. When Premier Painting came to stain, they noticed my stain wouldn't adhere to the wood. After recognizing this, Travis immediately stopped work and called me back to the house. Here he physically stained my house in front of me showing me what was happening. After identifying the issue, Travis and I talked in-depth of my options and he gave me his professional opinion. Since I had an oil-based stain I had to go over it with an oil-based paint so it'd properly bond onto one another. Changing my options from a stain to a 3-toned paint job meant I had to pick out colors in the next 1-3 days! Premier Painting had a strict schedule they had to adhere by so I had to pick quickly so I wouldn't lose my spot in line. Therefore I went to the paint store and picked out what I thought I'd like...Premier bought the paint and primed my house. After realizing what the color would look like from the primer I realized I hated it! Here I had bought $2k in paint and didn't know what to do. Travis again was there to help me. He showed me previous pictures of houses he did in the past and offered further suggestions. One of those suggestions being that instead of buying new paint we instead take the paint we had back to Sherwin and darken it to my liking. The next day he met me at the paint store at 7am and were there over an hour together doing paint test samples. Finally I found something I think I had liked and went with it. They even painted the wrong color on my trim the and after one coat they started to pack up and leave and I said what's going on and they said we're done and I said no you're not you're supposed to put two coats on. I have owned and had painted three other houses and this was the worst paint job I have ever seen in my life. My neighbors were appalled at the work. This was a $7000 job back in 2019. The owner didn't come and check on them. The project manager never came and checked on them. He finally sent out a guy who hand painted the entire house and who also was appalled at how this owner of this paint company was behaving. I told them I wanted a discount for not only the time I had to put in it, but because he broke his verbal agreement about having a project manager check often on the paint job. That is the only reason I hired this company, but he lied to me about that. I will never recommend this company. After the second guy came in handpainted the house. I approved it and he called the owner and the owner came out immediately, which he hadn't done before., Why because he wanted his money right now. I said I wanted money off and he said no and he's very tall and over me and threatened me and threatened to sue me and that I would have a letter from his lawyer the next morning. I said go ahead. I have pictures of everything. I've documented everything and I will sue you for not keeping your word and for three weeks of my time trying to deal with this company. They absolutely suck. A friend of mine who lives in Monroe where this company is told me that people in her neighborhood had hired them and their paint jobs were completely a mess. So do not hire this company. This owner is not a fair person and he is threatening and angry when you. Confront him. Never never ever use this company. When he came out that last time, I also tried to show him that they dripped paint all over my stamped concrete patio and he yelled at me no no no you can't start adding things on and I'm like what, your people did this and you need to correct it and he said no way it's too late. I hadn't even paid him yet.! Horrible company, horrible owner, workers just it on said they were done and it looked horrible. I have pictures of all the places they patched and it is the worst job I've ever seen. I can't see enough do not . I am still under my 10 year warranty and the patchwork is not looking good anymore so I'll be calling him soon to get his ass out here and fix it. I spent so many hours so much time trying to get this corrected that I feel he owes me money for my time this company.

He finally scheduled it for this July. He shows up, can't get in the front door using the key code, calls to tell us that he doesn't want to do it and wants $1000 for just showing up.
