He shared stories about seeing John Travolta during the filming of Saturday night fever and he even witnessed the making of a scene in the French Connection, and how Gene Hackman, and Roy Schneider were so nice to the neighborhood kids, and so on. How they're both real human beings! And it's funny because people today are so pretentious. Especially, the majority of the actors and actresses of today. They're all so cold and out of touch with reality. They have zero moral fabric and it's disgusting! And unfortunately, they're a sad reflection of our society. I asked if the bins were available she said "No" I then asked if they were more bins coming in she again said "No" Then I asked to speak to a supervisor as she obviously was not willing to provide me with basic information about the product. She claimed she was a supervisor. I also asked for her name she answer "Jenny" and that was all I needed to know. I proceeded to end the call after that. This is horrible customer service. Here we have a person getting paid for doing a simple retail job of answering questions for customers and yet fails miserably at doing it. The funny thing is she probably believes she deserves to be employed there even though she's not doing her job at all. I never get this type of treatment when I call the HD in Manhattan. Jenny please find a job that you enjoy doing, but more importantly actually do it.
