They had the glass for two weeks then called and said they couldn't do it. My wife went to get the template pieces and said the man that does the glass was very rude and acted like it was a small job and couldn't be bothered. She came home very upset and not that it didn't get done but by the way she was treated by the glass guy there. What ever changed there I hope it goes back because it that attitude remains well be losing our neighborhood ACE store.

I was greeted by Kavon and Steve, I recommend asking for either of them when you get there. Steve and Kavon both used their knowledge to mix and instantly match the custom color that I wanted. They offered complimentary waters and coffee while the paint was mixing. Very attentive to how big of a room I was painting and gave me a lot of pointers on how to mask and paint coat by coat. So when we got there we knew we picked the right place. The equipment that they sell,service, and rent are all top quality and they have a lot of antique decor of the 40's and 50's gas station or auto,and equipment type stuff that was really cool. It felt like we went back in time. The girl behind the counter(I didn't get her name) was polite,very professional and was real knowledgeable on the what we were renting and what's gonna work best with it. It's been awhile since we've been in a place where every employee is so professional and knowledgeable about their product. It was like the old days before the big stores like Home Depot, or Lowes came along. Not only did they beat the big stores prices, but they handled there business like how things used to be and still should be. My partner and I were really impressed by this place. Our trip there was just to rent a sprayer for the day, but it was refreshing to come across a business that does things right, like the "good old days". My only wish is that I would have found Benny's Spray Center years ago. The place is in a great location too. Convientantly located off the 99 freeway, East Fremont St. Exit and it's there on the left. And remember, when you go in and have a technical question about equipment, you don't need to track down one of the guys, cuz the girl at the front counter will have your answer like a pro.

I needed my livingroom and hallway painted, I sent out a request for quotes to several local…read morebusinesses through this App. Ramon at RH Painting was not only the first one to answer but the most responsive, very professional, he followed up and followed through every step of the way. I submitted pictures of the areas, and from the beginning to end his quote was very accurate with the pricing, I was afraid getting a quote based of the picture and then come out with a totally different total amount after the first in person but he didn't, he pretty much was pretty close to the original quote. Once I told him what I needed, he proceeded to give me a time frame for the work to be done and what I could expect. He offered me plenty of options and was willing to work with me on whatever I wanted to do. They showed up exactly when he said he would, his guys were very respectful of the home and and the premises, they came in, worked and left. No messing around! They did a great job fixing (patching up) the walls, painting and cleaning everything up. And once the job was completed he asked me to look around to make sure that I was satisfied and when I did find something that was missed (which was also my bad for not paying attention), I called and he right away took care of it and came over to make sure it was done properly. I will definitely use his service again and I highly recommend him!

Second job was remodel of 3rd bedroom/home office. Complete retexturing, paint, baseboards, barn door installation, closet door replacement, and custom closet shelving. Job took a little longer than originally quoted due to winter weather/humidity causing texture to take longer than normal to dry, but communication was on point every day to let us what would be done and when. Highly recommended.

The first time I thought it was a fluke but the second time I was surprised again. The store worked for what I needed and I was able to return what I didn't end up using for my project. That being said, I think the lines to return were even longer than the check out lines, if that's possible and I do not recommend coming here if you need something quick. I definitely try to patronize smaller hardware stores as much as possible. Also, this is not a reflection on the store as they have more than enough parking but the patrons in there trucks, big and small, were careless and created lots of unnecessary traffic issues in the parking lot so just be aware of that. I will say that they had lots of nice garden items at fair prices and I had to avoid the flower area to stick to my budget.
