On top of that the ladies were unprofessional because they were taking personal calls. One was talking to someone like she was talking to her best friend on the phone and the other lady who after telling me about the sewer issue got on her phone also with a personal call. At that point I was done I was going to reschedule but after that disappointing situation I'm not bothering with her services. Her products are good but the customer service is trash. They offered a discount when as I was leaving but I don't even want any type of service from them at this point.

I must say she is the only one to insert the speculum with out me feeling uncomfortable and that's huge. They keep the lights dim, relaxing music and essential oils to create a calming atmosphere.
