So glad we came here! My daughter bought a skateboard deck from a different shop, but we still needed trucks, wheels, and hardware. Jacob helped walk us through what she needed to complete her board. He was awesome, he explained the differences in brands and preferences. He wasn't trying to up sell us at all but he listened to what my daughter wanted. He picked a few options, let her look at them, and explained the difference and quality. He told her what he used on his own set up but ultimately let her figure out what she wanted. Once she picked her stuff he installed it for her and explained what and how it needed to be done and when and how to make her adjustments after a few rides. Excellent customer service by Jacob, thank you for being so patient and kind to us newbies. We will be back to the awesome shop! read more

Best and ONLY good clothing store in the HD. Staff is young and what you would image, plus ALWAYS helpful. Pharmacy always has eager staff that's always willing to assist and answer any questions. There is always some type of sale or deal. This location is the best. I wish they carried more female attire, but that's not their fault, there isn't many skate options for women. Their shoe sales can't be beat. They keep up with new products and trends. Lifetime customer for a reason. read more

I stopped by to grab a pair of shoes for my husband. The customer service I received from Matt was impeccable. He was super friendly, showed me around the store and really showed an interest in my husband's taste (mine as well) and led me to products of interest. I even bought something for my 7 year old nephew. When it was all said and done I spent a whole bunch of $$$ and it was purely due to Matt's attentiveness and sales abilities. Can't say how pleased I am every time I visit Pharmacy Boardshop! Service is A++++. The staff is so amazingly helpful and most friendly! Seriously, when I leave I feel like I just made new friends. Pharmacy has a great selection of merchandise you can't find anywhere else in the high desert. The prices are quite reasonable. Always great promos. The vibe of the shoppe is one of a fun and carefree youthfulness. However, last visit a few days ago, George Harrison was playing on their radio (scored an extra 10/10 points in my book)! Their Wrightwood shoppe carries snowboard gear, if that's what you're looking for. Hey, it's a beautiful drive up there! Grab lunch at the Grizzly nearby! Ok I'm just annoyed with this store !! Every time I come in this store as soon as I pick up an item that I like someone rushes up to to me to bring it to the counter! It's just annoying now as if I'm going to steal or something!! Came in was greeted right away. Was in Dutch of a specific brand the girl at the counter was so helpful even gave me some back story about how the brand came to and completely sold me in it. She knew all her inventory cause I saw some brands there I wasn't familiar with n she hooked me up with all my gear and made me feel confident in all my purchases.
