They offer different classes throughout the week to help with the varied schedules that everyone has. They have family classes, teen & adult classes, and even a MMA type workout class called Cage Fitness.The instructors are great and work to bring out the best in all of their students, and you genuinely feel that they care for the families that attend class there. Martin is absolutely wonderful, he's super fun and friendly and makes you feel right at home, no matter your level of experience or agility.
