She will go out of her way and go to bat for any and all of her patients no matter the scenario. She works hard to fix our issues and always has a smile on her face no matter what the problem is. Her staff is wonderful and always on top of everything. I'm thankful for the groups that are provided because I've learned a lot of coping skills over the years. She talks about trauma and what can we do to make ourselves better people mentally and spiritually. If you are looking to better your self and need mental health treatment then my suggestion would be to call Bywater Consulants. They have other providers also. I'm thankful everyday for provider Holmes for helping me understand who I am and why I suffer from certain issues. Thank you Bywater.

My family has always had excellent care here, as have I, and also in the surgical center across the street. Its too bad people can't realize that they aren't the only ones in there, there aren't enough Dr's to go around for everyone all at once, and your probably not the worst off patient in there. These folks are busy, looking after many people, and acting like your the only one there that matters doesn't help anyone. The clinic then dropped me as a patient without ever recommending any form of ADHD/ASD testing, in spite of a PTSD diagnosis and written reports of self harmful ideation. While the reception staff is perfectly kind and amenable, the therapists they hire include malicious people who may do you deliberate harm. This clinic should be the stop of absolute last resort for any queer or neurodivergent patient, particularly women. My experience here was so bad I reported this clinic to the state and I'm giving very serious consideration to contacting an attorney, as their ignorant blundering / transphobia (don't know which - don't really care) may well impede my surgical schedule. This is not a good place.

I saw a counselor, and she did a thorough assessment of what was going on with me. She recommended that I get medication management with a psychiatrist, and Seamar got me in within a week and a half. The psychiatrist was very professional and no nonsense. She did a thorough assessment as well, and she adjusted things appropriately. A few negative things did occur. The front desk seems overwhelmed. It is very hard to contact your doctor or counselor if you need to. If its a Dr., make sure you ask the front desk to talk to their medical assistant because the front desk will not automatically transfer you there. Do not leave a message with the front desk, it will go no where. Second thing that bothered me is that you cannot get med management without counseling every week too. Overall, I'm very impressed with their service.
