. .. well I'll check my truck the C&J Automotive about 6 months ago that diagnosed it as a crack…read moreflex plate when I got my truck back two days later the drive shaft fell out of it if I was going if I went to stop sign I'd killed somebody now it's baby 6 months later and the flex plate has torn away from the torque converter and I was stranded on the side of the road overnight went up there and talk to him and they said they can't get me until next week my personal opinion about it I'm almost 60 years old I used to race cars a long time ago I think the mechanics are green behind the ears they don't sort their boats out they storm in the bucket cost me almost $3,000 that's $2,000 and something for the repair and 1,000 for a motel room so I can go to work and Winchester now I'm in the same boat with a flywheel or flexplate this toy away from the torque converter where they didn't line up right or put the dowels in right or something which another thing I'll let them put up a sensor on it they check my oil and when I got home that afternoon this was 6 months ago my dipstick was out of laying out by my battery I'm looking for a good transmission place then they had the audacity to tell me that transmission come out of a 1993 Toyota T100 four-wheel drive and my trucks are 96 that tells me since it took them a week and a half because I didn't I thought it was going to take him a little time I never go up there is that just put a new transmission well I rebuilt transmission a 1993 in my truck and took my old one out that's where I believe I may be wrong but drive shaft falling out dip sticks hanging out I mean shouldsolenoids breaking unprofessional when I was younger we used to pull a damn truck over ditch line take her knees take it out take torque converter off flashlight put it back up in there and off we went now I'm standing in Winchester at the people's house I'm working at and I should appreciate these people they did very good to me but C&J automotives and Tire they need to get their act together I'm trying to find me a good transmission place I think I found one I have to have this the only truck I've had I went to a divorce my mother passed away I used to have two or three trucks it's the only truck I've got there's no Southern Hospitality at that place where I come from we have hospitalityand we respect your elders don't try to rip them offso all that been said I give the place a D minusbecause it took him so long they never did call me and Report anything about the broken solenoid then I tried to work a deal out with them put them in payments but no they want it all up in front which all these other places I go to for example North Jackson Street and Tullahoma Josh right there is the best friend I've got in mechanic work but he doesn't do Transmissionsso see and Jay Automotive entire want my business again they need to call me up the manager Curtis's Jackson and we need to sit down and talk and go through all the above from the torque converter flick plate the whole nine yards and have an agreement since my drive shaft fell out and everything else they should let me have payments or I'll be on here every week have a reviews I apologize for some things I have said about the place but if you do not have the mechanics to work on a place or work on a transmission and do it right then don't do it at all close the doors go back Plumbing gas and wash your windows

This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. We took our van here for some…read morerepairs covered by our insurance. Tommy, the owner told me personally everything that they were going to fix. One month later, only the windshield was replaced. I told him we had to return our loaner car and within three days, Tommy called and said the van was ready to be picked up. I knew full well, they did not have time to complete the body work and lo and behold, when I got there, the body work was not fixed. Tommy played stupid like we never have the discussion before we left the van in the first place. Tommy Magouirk is a crook when it comes to insurance jobs. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not take your vehicle to this place if it is an insurance job. You have been warned!! By the way, the next time Tommy is at Bowlen Farm Sales getting salt for his in ground pool, it will always come to mind that he purchased that thing with crooked insurance money.
