Not only is the instructor knowledgeable of the dance but he's patient and you learn something new each week (#1 on my list when I'm spending my hard earned money!) The motivation from the trainers is unmatched and the hunger to PERFORM can't be found anywhere else. Don't be intimidated by the workout. You will catch on. Just keep coming and eventually you will feel and look like a veteran. This is a judgment free zone and the other members tend to hype you up to encourage you to keep on going when you're ready to quit. There is a child care center available as well and a smoothie shop right next door. The prices are more than reasonable and the experience is out of this world. I hate gyms but some how I'm always upset if I can't make it to Effect at least 3-4 days out of my week.
