Shimon deserves 5 DIAMONDS. I contacted a few rodent exterminators to help me deal with attic rodent issues. Two of the exterminators want a fee to provide estimates and the others give me CRAZY high estimates as soon as they pulled into my driveway. They did not even make it past the front door. Shimon showed up on the same day I contacted him. With great demeanor and a sense of deep professionalism, he climbed up to the tight attic, and spend a lot of time on a hot day trying to find all the cracks and crannies where the rodents enter the attic. Once done with the attic, he took his time and walked around the property to assess entry points and the effort to rodent-proof the house. Once done with the home inspection, Shimon provided me with all the details about what he will proof the house, how he will capture the rodent, how many visits he will make to pick up dead rodents and replace the traps, what kind of metal mesh he will use to close openings, how he will clean droppings in the attic and what kind of disinfectant he will use, and finally his generous warranty for the work he will be doing. I could not help it, but hired Shimon on the spot; and he delivered. Even, one day i started to smell dead rodent in the attic. I texted him at 9PM. he showed up the next day at 9AM. I highly recommend Shimon. He is a model for the high quality, professional, responsive, punctual, and value-oriented rodent exterminator. When it comes to dealing with unwanted rodents in your home, Shimon offers an absolutely outstanding service, with deep expertise and a timely commitment to get the job done and get it done right. We had him come to our 3500 square-foot home to deal with rat infestation. Several rats were coming into the living quarters (and attic) at night, chewing up several cabinets and shelves, destroying food products in our pantry and leaving a mess, and continually leaving new droppings in most of the rooms. First we tried a larger commercial rodent service, but were very dissatisfied with the lack of expertise, commitment, and professionalism. Fortunately, we then happened upon Shimon, who came the same day to inspect the house. He scouted out all the unintended entry places outside where the rats could come into the house. The very next day he spent a full day plugging the holes, including going under a deck to get under the house, as well as cover gaps underneath cabinets. This left one giant 8-inch rat trapped inside the house who had been wreaking a great deal of the havoc. Shimon used cams to discover his hiding place- the laundry room. When the rat didn't respond to one type of trap or type of food to catch him, Shimon simply used different methods. On the final day Shimon himself was deftly able to force the rat from under a cabinet into the open and finally catch the destructive creature. I read many of Shimon's reviews (in thumbtack app) before hiring him as I'm always skeptical of hiring a new person. All of my skepticism was gone after seeing his workmanship and the results. We had rodents issues in the garage, crawling space, and attic. Shimon spent ALL DAY closing all the holes and making sure no rodents can come inside. After a couple of days, sure enough a couple of rats were caught in the traps, Shimon came right back and took care of it. Shimon is the VERY BEST at what he does. Our house was basically infested and we tried every company under the sun from Terminex to private companies and no one could get rid of them until SHIMON!
