My experience with Frank and Advanced Wildlife / Orchard has been nothing short of amazing. In March 2021, I was having issues with 30-40 pigeons on my roof thanks to my neighbor who constantly feeds them. The birds were defecating all over my roof and solar panels which would then fall off the roof in my backyard and pool. I couldn't even go outside because it was so disgusting. Frank came out and gave me a reasonable estimate for setting up shock tracks and putting netting around my solar panels. I had other companies come out and give me estimates for the same work. The other companies all wanted $1000+ more than Frank's estimate and said it would take at least 2 days to fix. Frank's offer was far more reasonable and he said the work would be completed in 1 day, so Advanced Wildlife was the easy choice. Prior to accepting the offer, I had a pet emergency which unfortunately used up all my money I had set aside for this job. I had to wait about 6 months before I could take on this job again. I reached out to Frank and he was more than accomodating. He agreed to honor the prior estimate (which he didn't have to do given how long I delayed.) The company was busy, but Frank somehow fit me into the schedule and came out of his way up to Santa Clarita (well outside of his normal range of business) on a Saturday to complete my job. Frank pressure washed all the pigeon poop off my roof and house, installed the shock tracks and netting. He finished the job in 8 hours, as he promised, and left my house in better condition than he found it. Immediately, the pigeons left my house alone. I feel sorry for my neighbors because the pigeons moved on to their houses and took roost. After about 4 months, I noticed there were 2-3 pigeons back on my roof. Much better than the 30-40 I had months ago, but still a nuisance to see a few had come back. Pigeons are often resourceful and found a new spot to stand which is not an uncommon issue with pigeon control, so I called Frank again. He sent out his head tech, Mike, right away to diagnose the issue. Mike came out and immediately figured out what the pigeons were doing. The company, again, found a way to squeeze me into their busy schedule, and came back out within 5 days. Mike installed some additional shock tracks at no additional charge to me, which I found to be incredible customer service. The birds are gone again, thankfully, and I can enjoy my backyard thanks to Orchard / Advanced Wildlife. Frank has been incredible throughout the whole process and I will recommend him to all my neighbors and friends for any wildlife control issues. Fantastic work by everyone involved. I reached out to Orchard last Friday morning to get an inspection and estimate for a crawl space cleaning for my home. I talked to Frank and he noted that they would be able to come out that afternoon for an inspection. I then received a text from Noah who was supposed to come out and do the inspection. When i talk to him, he notes that there has been some type of miscommunication and that he won't be able to come out that afternoon because it's too far and he asked me if Monday would work. I then tell him that i need somebody to come out that weekend. He then proceeds to tell me how qualified his team is and that the cleaning is a full days work and that it will cost $2200. I then tell him that doesn't make any sense and that i received a rough estimate from Frank and that since every house and situation is different I'm not agreeing to do anything until i get an inspection. He then tells me that he will work on getting somebody out on the weekend to do the inspection. He then texts me a couple of hours later asking if they can come out on Sunday for an inspection. I respond that will work for me but of course nobody comes out on Sunday and then when i text him asking if his person is still coming out i get no response. On Monday i call them back again to speak to Frank but Paul tells me that they don't work on Sunday and that there has been some type of miscommunication and that their sister company was supposed to come out last Friday. Needless to say i won't be doing business with this company with such a poor experience. read more

We have solar panels on our roof. Apparently pigeons love to nest under them. So we'd often have six to 10 pigeons perched on our roof. The main problem that they caused was all of the poop. Some of this poop would eventually roll off of the roof and onto our back patio. Disgusting! I contacted Frank at Advanced Wildlife Removal. A day or two later, he came out. After climbing up on the roof, he showed me pictures of the mess. He said that he could install a vinyl-coated wire mesh around the perimeter of the panels and power wash the roof (as well as the solar panels). All at a reasonable price. We accepted his proposal. Frank came out and did the work. He even gave us a discount when he wasn't able to power wash the front roof. (Since the solar panels are on the back, it wasn't a big deal.) He said that he'd replaced any broken roof tiles caused by his work. Sure enough, after two tiles broke, he came out a few days later and replaced them. Because he had purchased an extra one, he replaced an additional tile that was cracked prior to his work. I had noticed a small decrease in solar output every year. Now that the solar panels look new, I think that we should see an improvement. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with Frank and his work! read more

They were easy to deal with and the cost was very fair. Shad and Josh set up the traps. They explained everything thoroughly and said just call with any issues. (You can also text them.). So far I could not have asked for more, I have family visiting in a couple of days and I was afraid Orchard might ignore my call. Skyler quickly answered my phone call and informed me he would dispatch Richard to check the traps. I thought Richard would remove all the traps . Richard informed me that he re- baited all the traps because Orchard will check the traps in a couple of weeks and continue to re-bait if other rats were trapped. If this continues Orchard will inspect the interior and exterior of the roof and attic space again to ensure all entry points are sealed. I'm more than pleased with Orchard. By the way, Orchards fee was almost 75% less than a competitors quote for the same service. The entire crew took time to answer any question with patience. I rarely have the time to rate or review but feel that I must for this company. It's been a terrible experience. Trying to solve a rabbit problem. They charged me to set the traps. I've been chasing them ever since to reset the traps and follow up. My mistake for paying them up front. They no show appointments and take forever to return calls. Now I'm stuck with they're large leftover animal cages. I'd strongly recommend you try and find another company if you have a wild life problem. *After posting this review Frank reached out to me to refund my payment and he picked up the traps. After seeing our kitchen trash bag and a box of cookies ripped open and rodent droppings around the house, I looked up a rodent removal service and came across Advanced Wildlife Removal and made an appointment with them for the next day. There were a lot of other companies to choose from, especially ones with free inspections, but I went with Advanced Wildlife Removal because of the great reviews, the fact that they specialized in animals (not termites or pests), and their upfront pricing on their website. The next day after I had made my appointment, I checked on the traps that I had set up, and I had finally caught two large rats! I still kept my appointment with Advanced Wildlife Removal in case we had more rats and to find out where the heck they were getting in from. Francisco arrived that morning and inspected the exterior of our home, including the roof, and showed us pictures of the many areas that the rats could squeeze into to get inside our home. He also showed us a picture of our chewed up boiler room where he believed they were nesting. He was very nice and personable, and spent time explaining to us each picture he took. Frank later sent a quote for how much it would be to patch everything up. I thought it was a reasonable price given the stress that these rats were putting me through (imagine seeing rat droppings on your countertops, dining room table, and floors- gross!) Although I think it would have been cheaper to go through a contractor to patch the holes, I wanted to use a company that specialized specifically in rodents/animals. Plus, they have a 1 year warranty that I liked. Francisco came back a few days later to seal the access points around our house (and he even trimmed some branches for us!), and a few days after that, he set up some traps in the boiler room and reinforced the traps inside our house. I haven't seen any rodent droppings or activity inside my house since, but I am pretty sure there is still at least 1 more somewhere (hopefully outside and not inside). He will come back to check on the traps in the boiler room. All in all, I am very satisfied with Advanced Wildlife Removal, and can't wait until this entire rat saga is completely over. Frank is awesome. A Mourning Dove was trapped behind my water heater in my garage. Its mate was perched on my car in my garage all day obviously concerned about his/her partner. My husband and I tried in vein to rescue the Dove but couldn't and had to close the garage for the night. I called Frank, owner of OC Animal Trapper, the next morning, and he was at my house about an hour later with the tools needed to retrieve the bird - alive as its mate watched from a roof top next door.
