After A Team Services eliminated the last rodents from our attic, we use their service to clean-up the attic and replace attic insulation. On the day of installation, Nick and his team came on time that Star # 1. These guys are very friendly, polite, and professional that Star # 2. They worked really hard, NON-STOP, and safely. That Star # 3. That was not an easy job that they had to do. It's a difficult job, dirty, in a small attic space vacuuming those old insulation for hours. Wow, I had a great experience with Rodent Control Services (aka: A-Team Services.) After purchasing our house in December 2020, we quickly realized we had an issue with rats in the attic. After doing some research, I reached out to this company for help. Skyler quickly responded to my request, providing some re-assuring advice. Robert came out the next day. He went up in the attic to perform a thorough inspection. After agreeing to a completely reasonable quote, the team came out to rat proof the attic, closing up all possible entry points and resetting the traps. A few weeks later, the team came back to remove all the old insulation (which was in pretty poor shape.) Due to a big electrical project, (and some ethernet cabling that I wanted to run), I there was a two month delay before we were ready to install the new insulation. A Team Services was totally cool about this... they didn't nag or harass me to schedule the final work. When we were ready, they came out and performed the final cleanup and insulation install. They were even able to do some minor repair on old ductwork that probably saved me a lot of money. So thank you to Skyler, Robert, and the entire crew for helping us with our first home. So let me tell you about their services after went with their services: Skyler, is the captain of this ship and he is amazing, very understanding of the situation and has a team of guys that are amazing to deal with and talk to when they come out to do their job. Very professional in his responses and scheduling. What helped us the most, is that they accommodated our schedule, with both us working and having two kids, they worked around the clock and came out on Saturdays to do all the work. not only that, they were sensitive around the kids and didn't mention anything about Rodents, so the kids won't spook out. Nick: is a great Tech guy, he came out the first time and inspected the house, we went with their full service, Capture, seal and clean attic with Insulation replacement. Nick is a great guy to talk to and even stayed and talked after he finished his job. I had the smell of death coming from the chimney in the master bedroom for a few days. The smell started out subtle than it progressively got worst to where it was unbearable to sleep in that room. I checked in the chimney and climbed up on the roof and checked the top of my chimney with no signs of a dead animal. I climbed up in my attic, no dead animal. I finally called A-Team Rodent Removal from all their positive reviews on Yelp. Made an appointment for the next day. They can out and checked everywhere for the nasty stench in the chimney. Finally he found the trap door outside of my chimney. It had a dead squirrel and other bones in it...gross! He removed the decomposed critter, sterilized the area and blocked off the trap door so no other squirrel colonies can't set up camp there. I live in a mobile home and when I moved in there were mice. A lot of mice. I tried for years to get rid of them myself to no avail! I finally hired these guys to do the complete exclusion and trapping service. They closed all the holes where mice could be coming in. It was expensive but comparable to other companies and worth the cost. It was a lot of work. Mice can get into holes the size of a pencil eraser on the top of a pencil! I was not sure who to call as I had a dead animal of some kind in the crawl space under the house. After a coupe of calls and no response I used Yelp to find this company. I explained that it smelled like something died under the house. They replied within twenty minutes and we setup a service call. They came faster than expected and the tech, Brandon came out. I told him about where I thought the animal was and he geared up and went under. He found the large opossum under there quickly, bagged it and removed it and disinfected the area the best he could. Now two days later and the smell is completely gone. Well worth the 195.00 as I had removed one a few years before and would not recommend this to anyone. Brandon had all the proper gear and even had a drop cloth so whe he came out of the crawl space (inside access) he didn't leave dirt everywhere like the plumber who came later did. Great job. I got a 12,000 dollar estimate from Rodent Sotp which made me spit out my drink and practically choke. I also had another estimate from some company, the name escapes me, and I wasn't comfortable with them. Their estimate was around 7000 & something. The third estimate from A Team was $5500.00 and some change. I didn't go with them because of the price, I went with them because there was no hard-sell and Skylar was really nice and put out a good vibe. They called 30 minutes before arriving and Robert, the initial inspector actually crawled into our shitty little, dark, hot and dirty attic to look around. He was in there for a couple of minutes. The other two places were definitely not as thorough. Rodent Pots stood on a ladder and looked in and the other place went in for about 30 seconds. The guys that came to do the work were super nice and never made a mess. They did everything quickly and always came out on time to inspect traps. I would highly recommend this place. read more

I feel bad having lost track of time and submitted this late because these guys, the entire team, deserve 5 stars and more. The owner, Skyler, is clearly a member of the team and cares about his guys. The guys are dedicated, kind and conscientious. We had a rat problem in a home we bought that was quickly discovered to be a rat infestation. The previous owners had laid new insulation to simply hide the scope of the problem. The team went above and beyond to thoroughly secure, clean and disinfect our attic and crawl spaces, even staying until 8pm one night working. Though it probably would have been ok to finish the job (that was considerably larger than anyone thought) the next day, I have a chronically ill child and the extra exposure was a concern. Without a disgruntled look these guys stayed super late and finished the job. A huge relief for a worried mom and crazy amazing customer service. I'd truly give them a million stars if I could. My husband called on a Saturday morning at 7am about a dead animal under our house. By 7 :20am he got a text with a price for removal and was told someone would be out here by 8 or 9am. Brandon got here at 8:45am suited up, climbed under our house and by 9am he removed a dead rat from under our house and took it with him to dispose of. If you have a problem with rats, here's your solution. We had rats and used other companies to help with the issue. We threw money at Western Exterminator and they were not able to fix the issue, because they don't seal where the rats were coming in and couldn't find where they were entering the house. A Team found and patched about 9 small areas in the eves of the house and no more rats. It is a 2 story house, so this was no easy task. Which is probably why Western couldn't fix the problem. These guys are the best. After a terrifying night of creature noises coming from my attic, I called them this morning and asked if they could come out to investigate. Within one hour Robert showed up and after describing the noises I was hearing, went into the attic. Turned out a small bird had flown in the an open vent and was dead when he found it. Not only did Robert remove the bird, he also put my vent screen back in place. He did notice evidence that raccoons may have been in the attic in the past but didn't seen any recent activity.
