I brought my daughter's Subaru in to have the side window replaced. I was thrilled they had found the proper replacement glass, I had been searching for just the part alone for weeks with no success. Soon, they discovered a problem; the glass they had ordered was for the rear window - but for the passenger side. We looked at our text communication and found I had described which window needed replacing in an ambiguous manner. Rather than blame or argue, They got right to work, searching for the correct side (which was a challenging search) They went to their extensive network of suppliers and - not only found the driver's side window - they had used our waiting-time effectively by replacing the windshield (which was cracked in several places) something I did not ask of them at first because I feared the cost would be too high. In the end, I got my daughter the side window and front windshield done at a price I never would have dreamed of. Sam and the guys are top flight and very honorable in their dealings. My car windshield, after having just put in a new one, got dinged, right smack dab in the middle of the windshield with a huge pebble on I25. I dilly dallied while the chip got worse and twice went to Safelite but the second time they were busy so I got online and found and called Shine Auto Glass. Took me 25 minutes to get there and when you see it you are immediately skeptical but... they were professional with a good sense of humor to boot. I worry and fret. He reassured me and said that if the crack did run, which he believes it won't, that he would only charge me a hundred to replace it.. I won't blame him if it does. Price was way better than Safelite which over charges anyway right? So if you need a windshield or a glass repair I recommend this guy and I never recommend anyone. read more

In the morning, I found my driver/left side rear window glass shattered for my toyota corolla.
