This guy is not legit, DO NOT USE HIM!!! Cost me $1,000 to repair his unprofessional job, he completely messed up my new car, had to crawl out the back door as he messed up the driver panel. Also had to replace the side mirror and repaint the door he left with deep scratches. He should be out of business. I hate to have to write a negative review. I like to support small business owners. But, after 3 attempts to get Rocky's auto glass to come fix a leak in the top of my front windshield, which they installed July 2024, they have not made the repair. They have told me two times now to text them my address and they will come make the repair, but did not come on the days or times they said they would. My front window started leaking after the first really cold day with snow. The glue did not keep a seal and the snow melt leaked into my car. There wasn't much water, but it definitely was not condensation as the who.e area across the top of the window was wet, the interior roof material. Also, the quality of the front windshield was poor, wavy glass. The price was cheap so I am willing to overlook it. But, you should know they use poor quality windshields. I think the ownership changed after I had my windshield installed because each time I called, the person that answered was not Mohammed but sounded Hispanic. Maybe that is why they haven't made the repair. I will now have to see if Safelite can seal the windshiel. If not, I will have to buy a new windshield and take a loss of $260 dollars. read more

Overall, I'm very satisfied with them. They responded to me very quickly and had availability within a couple days of my inquiry. Despite showing up a bit later than originally planned, they replaced my Subaru's windshield in about 1.5-2 hours and did an excellent job. I got a stone chip in my Subaru's windshield while I was visiting my Daughter in Boulder. I called around to the local repair shops and most of them seemed like chains with an appointment scheduler. Then I called Rocky's Auto Glass. Rocky answered the phone and listened to my request for windshield repair. After he asked me a few questions we settled on a price and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time and brought an assistant so he could get the job done quickly. They were able to explained what they were doing in a friendly professional way and they got the new windshield installed correctly. Rocky's prices are very competitive and his service is superb! This guy is unprofessional and caused almost $800 worth of damage to my car! I had a broken window and motor, he was going to charge me $375 for both. He fixed my window but in the process completely broke my door! So I went from having a broken window, to a window that works but a door that won't open. It was completely stuck. He didn't charge me for the service and said he would cover half of the repair costs, which I agreed was fair. I took it to the dealership, and it cost $792 to fix the broken door. I figured that if I could get him to pay his half of the repair costs ($396), I would essentially break even. However, when he went to pay me, he only gave me $21, stating that he 'subtracted the cost of the window he replaced". So now I'm $771 in the hole, and this guy is ignoring all of my texts and calls. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, DO NOT LET THIS PERSON TOUCH YOUR CAR! HE WILL MESS IT UP AND WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT! I saw some other questionable reviews and figured "it's just a window, how bad could he possibly mess it up" but I didn't expect all this. He also left a bunch of small scratches all over my door but my car is old and I don't even care about that, I'm mad that I'm down almost $800 and had to wrestle with this fiasco trying to fix his mess! read more
