I had my back windshield replaced at Bright Auto Glass in September of last year, and less than a year later, it randomly shattered while my car was parked in my driveway. I was on vacation at the time, and I have video proof from multiple Ring cameras and flood lights showing that nothing happened to my car -- no one touched it, no debris hit it, nothing. When I contacted Bright Auto Glass, they refused to warranty the work. Their warranty only covers labor for leaks or similar issues, not the actual glass itself. I'm extremely disappointed, especially since the car had been sitting unused when it broke. To me, this points to either poor quality glass, bad installation, or both. A back windshield shouldn't fail like this, especially less than a year after being replaced. If you need auto glass work, go somewhere that will actually warranty the windshield -- not just the labor. Safelite, for example, offers a lifetime warranty on both the glass and installation. I wish I had gone there instead. read more

Today I am a repeat customer due to having experienced good work and a good value and easy to get along folks in years past. What i am objecting to is their payment policy. For a $300.00 installation they offer up a payment pad asking for a tip of 10% - 25%. ($30.00 - $75.00 in this case). It is easy for me to tap NO TIP because I know it is ridiculous for that nature of business to solicit tips. If you can't afford paying your techs a living wage, up your prices. I feel some customers may feel intimidated and feel they should tip due to the way they present it and watch you. read more

Frank, integrity in a business is important- I waited weeks for a part. I was promised something that you couldn't deliver on and instead of honesty from you, I got excuses. If you can't afford to give a part for free as you promised for the insane wait time and mistakes that were made by you and the shipping company, then don't offer it. Do better. The only reason you get a three is is the sunroof continues to be functional and doesn't leak when I wash my car. Regardless, I won't be back for any reason because while I absolutely agree with you, that you can't run a business offering free things when something goes wrong- you shouldn't offer it to begin with, and worst of all, you should not make the consumer look like a Karen when you change your mind in the middle of a crowded space. That is shameful. I wish you learn from this and your business does well enough that when the time comes to make something right in the future for your customer, you can actually do that. read more

This place is a joke. I would give it zero stars if I could. I broke my windshield on the way from Wyoming and brought it to this shop to have it replaced. Two days later I had my vehicle washed and it literally rained out of the headliner and down the dashboard onto the floorboards. When I brought it back they said they would need it for 4 hours. To my surprise, 30 minutes later they said it was ready. When I got there they assured me there would not be any more problems and they had fixed it properly. One week later I took it to a car wash and the same issues occurred. I was no longer in state to have them fix it. I took it to a reputable company in the town I live in and they informed me that they had used the cheapest windshield on the market and the installation was sub-standard and not enough sealant was used. Please understand that I paid $750 for this crap job! read more
