One other place that I looked at charges $185 for what I paid &175, but instead of running your vehicle while they work on it, they used a portable A/C cool air system then blows cool air into the vehicle and not uses your gas to keep them cool and comfortable. The feel I got was you came here so we don't have to be nice to you. My advice to the staff, if a vehicle comes in and you have to jump it, out the charger on and leave it for minimum of 15-30 minutes with everything turned OFF. Don't keep trying to start it that will just kill the battery and burn up the starter. To the public, when leaving your vehicle here. Write down how much gas you have and the current milage.

If anyone is in the market for a ceramic coating and considering Texas Coast Ceramic Coatings, save…read moreyour time, money, effort, and patience and DO NOT go to them. I worked with Robert Twing who according to their website is a partner in the business and a self proclaimed "entrepreneur" and "Christian man." My understanding of that implies that he's honest and performs the service you pay him to do and that he promises to perform. That certainly was not my experience in the slightest with this man and his company. I paid him and his company $800 to do a 7-year coating on my car on November 1, 2020. Here we are only several months after the fact and the coating he allegedly did, has completely failed, is dysfunctional and not operating as promised. I've had independent professionals who operate in the same line of business tell me that the service I paid for are faulty and not up to standards in the slightest. I'm okay with mistakes being made, life happens. However, what I'm not okay with is the amount of resistance and completely unprofessionalism Robert and his company extended to me after I raised this issue to him and made him aware. Instead, he chose to blame me and stated I caused the issue by my own actions which he says were outside the stipulations of a warranty in which I was completely unaware of up and until that point. There was no contract, no warranty, not even a receipt for the services paid for in which I clearly was cheated out of. He said he would fix whatever is wrong with it and that's a "promise". He never mentioned he would charge me to fix it, so that would technically fall under warranty. THEN, as soon as I wanted a refund, he immediately claims that the warranty is voided and he can't help me. I have no issue with doing business with a small business, in fact I usually prefer it. However, the trade off is generally that the small business will provide a level of customer service and satisfaction unparalleled to most. The unfortunate position I find myself in now is that I overpaid for a service that I simply haven't received. I haven't to date been presented with any reasonable option from him to fix what has gone wrong and simply make me whole in this situation. That's all I ask. It's worth mentioning (if what I've said thus far hasn't convinced you to go elsewhere by now) that I recently found out that the ceramic coating was purchased on and through Amazon. And while we all love Amazon, it's certainly not the distributor you're happy to discover supplied something of this nature. I haven't been made whole in this situation and to be frank, I'm not sure I ever will be. So, all I can do is hope that nobody else makes the same mistake I did in choosing to hire this company to perform a service that they overcharged me for and underperformed on. *all photos attached were taken April 2 after I spent over 3 hours trying to clean my "7-year ceramic coated" Telluride that was just coated in November. If you do not fully know what a ceramic coating is, I highly recommend looking into it then look at the photos of my car and choose wisely to take your vehicle elsewhere. You can see clear as day all the spots he missed.
