UPDATE August 10, 2020 had time today to spend having him come out for a quote Owner, Kevin came by at 3:30 and quoted $85 for wash, vacuum and spray wax. $105 for polish wash vacuum and $125 for hard wax. I don't know...that's steep, what do y'all think? Check out my photos (red car) my car is 2 weeks old and dusty...not even dirty. I was like... Make it Shine is only $70 for the same service; he said he had 9 employees compared to the other company having only 1. I was like my car isn't big nor that dirty to charge me $15 more? He said, his minimum is $65 (so, he DOES have a starting price after all...see review below from August 3) but, that because he has staff to pay and how fast they are at completing said service, he's more "commercial" now, therefore, more expensive. Well, that's ok, I'll pass. My car should of qualified at the minimum of $65 not $85. He takes, cash, credit card (charges a few dollars more if used) Zelle and Venmo. Kevin said he schedules appointment times but he requires a 2 hour window to show up. What? He's got 9 employees?!! All in all, Kevin's a nice personable guy but I'm going with Make it Shine. ----------- August 3, 2020 Texted him for a quote for wash, wax and vacuum. He said, they like to come out and give you a free estimate to determine price. He doesn't quote a basic price because he wants to see car and time it will take. Hmm? I had This company come out and detail mine and my fiancés vehicle and when my fiancé came home we were looking over the truck to make sure it was all good and found that on the hood of his truck there was a large circle of paint rubbed off on the hood. It's very disappointing that they didn't even say anything to me when they left and didn't even offer a refund to pay for what it will cost to repaint the whole hood now. They also left wax drops all over my driveway which is now stained from the chemicals they used. I don't recommend This company and highly recommend finding someone else read more

horrible company. dishonest, overpriced. We used these guys to detail 2 vehicles. they charged double what they should have based on the quality of work but also damaged the paint on the hood of one vehicle now requiring it to be painted which will be $1000 out of pocket due to their incompetence. I would not let these guys anywhere near your car or truck. They are not honest, will not do the job hires to do, and will damage your vehicle and not step up, and be honest and compensate you for it when they do it. read more

Although Kevin and crew member were quite a bit later than appt time, he kept me updated on his ETA via call & text. I had no pending schedule so I let him know each time he reached out that it was fine. Upon arrival, he professionally introduced himself and got right to work along side crew member Jesse. We were traveling through Houston and found ourselves with a small window of time to have our RV detailed. We called Kevin and he was able to accommodate us that same day at the RV park and when he and his crew were finished the RV looked fabulous! When I checked the roof, though, it was not quite as clean as the rest of the job and when Kevin looked at it, he said give me a half-hour, after which it was as spic and span and shiny as the rest of the rig. It was not inexpensive, but it was worth the price. It is now a couple of weeks later and even though it is no longer pristine it still looks so much better than before the detailing it makes me smile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service. Staying in Galveston for the month. Called Kevin and was very personable and professional. After Kevin left we had noticed that he forgot to clean the front of our RV. I only noticed this because a truck had passed us when traveling and his truck tire blew in front of us and left rubber remnants all over the front of our RV. The remnants were still there after Kevin left. Kinda disappointed. read more
