Given all the wear and tear I've put on my vehicle, it's an extra satisfying feeling to see it clean and shiny. Of all the average to mediocre car washes I've endured while living here in TX, JJ's has been the best drive thru car wash experience I've had so far. I've gone with the basic wash ($10) and it left my car looking super shiny with minimal streaks. On the off chance you're not satisfied with the results, they'll let you run it through until you are. I've gone through 3 consecutive runs once after my grill was riddled with bugs from a long road trip. No one gave me a hard time, if anything I heard nothing but apologies. (#1) My car is a bit sensitive on the exterior so I appreciate the soft materials they use for the wash. I also love the free microfiber wipes, powerful vacuums, and even the free air fresheners. I know many car washes look the same but the results speak for themselves. Absolutely the best car wash within a 10 mile radius, and I've been to most of them, if not all. Fortunately, it's close to my home (but I still would drive further to use it). WARNING!! DO NOT USE JJ'S CAR WASH!!! Car wash damaged paint on my car. Significant chips on hood. Scratches on sides & back. Manager blames me. Said my car had high mileage and that was the reason for damage. He was a nightmare to deal with. Would not look at all the damage. Then told me to leave. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had as a customer ANYWHERE! Please don't go to this place. If your car is not brand new they will blame you for any damage they inflict. read more

I paid 5 dollars extra for tire shine and got a partial shine like someone dipped a paint brush in the product and threw it on the tires leaving them with dry spots. Finished up a road trip the other day and slaughtered so many butterflies and other bugs on the drive--windshield and grill were covered! Took the car to the wash this morning during early bird special and the car wash attendant gave a very thorough bonus scrub and rinse of the front of my vehicle and windshield. He did such a great job that no bug guts survived! spotless car! Made my first visit to the League City JJ's today. Where I was a bit lost on the entrance, I was happily surprised with the single VIP lane, which I've often thought would benefit us [me] at the Friendswood store. Once I drove up, I was pleased to see that Alex, who was very helpful to me on my last visit to Friendswood, was my customer service rep again. Though I recognized him, I was only sure he remembered me when, once finished with his routine scrub of the front-end back, he went directly to the spot he worked to remove previously and finished removing the remnant that was too stubborn to get off before. I'm pleased to say, it is fully gone now and I THANK YOU AGAIN, ALEX! You're the epiphany of 5 star service that I find worthy of my continued patronage. read more

I needed a car wash really bad and recently saw the JJ's was newly opened. I decided to get the basic car wash for $8 and was fairly impressed with the results. For $8 this is a fairly good deal and I like how they do not limit your time for the vacuums unlike other places. I would get the unlimited car washes if I lived closer, but I will definitely be coming back in the future. read more

JJ's Car Wash has been the best thing to come to this area! I take my work truck here almost weekly for a wash and vacuum. They offer about four different washes, I typically choose one of the middle ones. When you pull into the wash there is a worker there to guide you in and then they will scrub the front windshield and grill, and then the back window. The wash is great and gets all the mud and dirt off my truck. Then I am able to head over and use the free vacuums to tidy up the inside. When I am done with the vacuums, I head to the complementary dry towels to touch up the outside of my vehicle. They have a plethora of towels, which I have never seen offered at any car wash before, and there is no limit on how many you can use. When I'm all finished, I head inside for the free air freshener. They have a few scents to choose from, but I always go with new car. I was so impressed after my first wash here I purchased a monthly wash pass for me and my wife so we can both bring our vehicles up here for a quality wash at such a great price. With the monthly pass you get to use the facility as often as you want during the month for the low monthly price, you really can't beat it. And if it rains 24 hours after your wash and you have your receipt they will let you run through the wash again. JJ's has been great for this community providing these resources at such a great price, and not only that they sponsor local children's sports teams in the area. I remember I was at my friends child's T-Ball game and saw their sponsor logo on the kids jerseys and realized it was the same car wash outside my neighborhood. They also provide jobs to high schoolers in the area. Every worker I have encountered here has been so friendly and kind. Always lending a helping hand when needed. They are located at the perfect location, right at the entrance to two fairly large neighborhoods. I know many of our neighbors use them frequently as well due to the convenience of the location, and quality of the wash. I know they have a few different locations and I saw a sign today for a new location in Dickinson. I haven't been to any of the other locations, but I am sure the wash and experience is just the same. I had never seen this style car wash in the area before JJ's opened. You always see the "Hand wash" or drive through types but pay for the vacuum. This is one price for everything. They have gone above and beyond the car wash experience. They make the process so easy. I cannot recommend this car wash enough, and cannot wait to see all the ways they continue to help our community. read more
