Even though it was barely visible, he immediately pointed it out and insisted on making a brand-new crown to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. This required extra time, effort, and resources on his part, but he didn't hesitate -- and that kind of integrity earns real trust. Not only that, but she was so great, very cheerful, singing to my favorite beloved 80s music, explaining things in great detail so I understood with my limited knowledge what was going on. I left there so happy and with the knowledge that while she could've easily told me I needed a (what I now understand to be totally unnecessary at this point) gum graft and charged me thousands of dollars, she instead reassured me, educated me and filled me with the Knowledge and confidence that everything is ok as of now. i feel exactly the same about their dentists. I have been to many dentists that advise multiple procedures that turn out to be unnecessary (e.g. biannual mouth cancer screenings with a "special light" that costs $180 each in myself who is a low risk patient without smoking history, under age 40 at the time) which is also never covered by insurance. But with Willow Creek, I have never felt like they're trying to scam me. I was sad when they moved to the tech center because I was literally 7 min from their Lone Tree office. But, a good, trustworthy, competent, friendly dentist is hard to come by and as far as I'm concerned, they can move to Paris and I'd still remain their patient because there aren't many out there like them.

I do believe it is illegal to record/listen/spy on individuals without their knowledge in an office. I was sent a certified letter, which had some else's name on it, so the post office would not allow me to pick it up. When the office manager emailed me a copy of the letter. The letter said circumstances has brought them to release me as a patient. When I spoke to the office manager she claimed I made a comment that was derogatory, but would not tell me what the comment was and it was not listed in the letter. Unfortunately, I had recently had a root-canal done and the crown that was put in is still causing me problems, however, I do not feel comfortable going back to Greenwood Dental Associates. Especially since the office manager would not explain what I said or did wrong. I liked DR. LePera and I don't believe she was aware of what the office manager had done, because she wanted me to schedule another appointment. In conclusion, make sure you do not talk to anyone at Greenwood Dental Associates and if they leave you in a room by yourself keep your mouth shut.
