Harmon did really shotty work on my crown and refused to fix it for over a year. After calling his office for my dental records so I could show them to my current dentist. He then berated me for being too poor to make him face the consequences for his inadequate care. Keep in mind this is after doing a crown that wasn't correctly installed and demanding I get insurance to help pay for an expensive procedure I didn't need. On the bright side he did send me a refund for the work that needs to be done correctly so there is that. This business is predatory, untrustworthy and they will not take accountability for their mistakes. My current dentist says that I'll need to get the crown replaced and told me four months ago that it is bizarre that dr Harmon provides such a substandard level of care. Go to Denver health, it's cheaper and they guarantee their work. read more

Really impressed with the whole team at Harmon Dental. Although the process was quick, I didn't feel like I was just be rushed through. This is probably the first dentist I've been to that I didn't feel like was subtly trying to convince me to get treatments I don't really need. I really appreciate the realistic advice I was given on how to improve a few things. I also appreciated the fact that the new patient forms are all online, so I didn't have to waste time filling out sheets of paper when I got there! AMAZING dentist! Everyone there is SUPER friendly and helpful! I always have to bring my 5 year old with me to the visits, and it's never treated as an inconvenience by Dr. Harmon or his staff; they even help me by letting him stay in the waiting room, playing his iPad! If I have a situation that's even SOMEWHAT urgent, they get me right in! Dr. Harmon and his team provide our family with excellent dental care at a convenient location. Everyone in the office is skilled, friendly, and compassionate, and they truly put the customer first. From insurance coordination and appointment setting to preventive maintenance and cosmetic procedures, the experience has been wonderful. Ok, I am one of those weirdos that actually enjoy going to the dentist. Strange I know. Anyway, I am new to Denver and with the reviews that I saw for Dr Harmon, I knew I had to give him a try. (Also a couple of people at work also recommended him...I am not that crazy!) Anyway, I walked into his office at 7:30am, when I am nowhere near being alert. He was at the front desk with his assistant ready to greet me. He was really hands on, doing actually most of the cleaning. He noticed I had a cracked filling but didn't oversell me on any type of procedure. Now the only downside to this experience is that he has country music playing over the speakers. And he loves his country music. But for this wonderful experience, I would definitely look past this. Hahahaha! And I am probably in the minority anyway here in Denver for the non-love of country music. His assistant Nikki is also awesome by the way. read more

I chose this dental office because they have great ratings, not just on yelp but on other platforms as well. I got really messed up from the last dental office i went to. I've had a toothache on and off for the last few day. So i went in expecting them to say I had a cracked filling or something along those lines. But they didn't, they told be they thought it was a problem with my bite. They could have easily made money off me by saying I'd cracked a filling or had a new cavity, but they didn't. They told me the what they honestly thought and gave me every option available to me, from free physical therapy exercises and flossing and water-picking options, to redoing my filling, or giving me a crown. Then when the doctor could tell I was having trouble deciding, instead of pushing me to do the most expensive option, he told me to go home and think it over. The last time I had dental insurance it was from the government and every dental option they gave me had terrible ratings. I should have listened to the ratings becaue the office I chose really messed me up and ended up having to redo my filling twice and I've had bleeding gums ever since. Great experience here! We were worked in for a leaning on one child and a review of a dental care plan on another child in less than 24 hours. Dr. Harmon and his staff took the time to thoroughly explain options for treatment, show me the x-rays, consider alternatives and answer my questions about future ramifications. My daughter needed to have some work done, and Dr. Harmon put her at ease, explained what he was going to do and then asked her to give him a sign if she was scared or uncomfortable. The treatment took less than 30 minutes, and she was not scared in the least! I would give zero stars to this doctor if there is an option.This place is a money focused rather patient service focused. On the first appointment,There is a new patient special $69 for X Ray, exam and cleaning on their website.But they charge me $90 only for X-ray and prescribing medications. So, New patient special on Yelp or on their website is a fake statement. On the second appointment, they asked me to pay balance amount after insurance coverage on the same day of treatment. I have told them, I have a yearly deductible and if I pay the amount now without consulting my insurance company which will not be updated under my deductible on their system. And Dr. Harmon denied for treatment. I do not understand,Why Dr. Harmon afraid of sending the bill to my insurance first unless he overcharging the patients. Does he expect to pay the patient on the same day of treatment if the bill is more than $1000 bucks after insurance coverage? I am not sure how this place got a 5 rating with 30 reviews. May be they are fake or paid reviews. Or he is paying back to Yelp to remove real reviews. read more

I went to Dr. Harmon for a routine teeth cleaning and he and his staff are keepers. They were great when I walked in to when I walked out. I have MetLife dental insurance.and didn't have to pay anything. I may need to get braces and his office showed me whan that would entail. One note is that he's on the south side of Arapahoe road on the west side of I-25. I recommend him. read more

I avoided the dentist for years because, well I'm basically a big baby about my teeth. My first visit was months ago for a deep cleaning which went smoothly ( as a deep cleaning could be) and went back today for a cleaning. Great customer service, the dental techs are first class and Dr. Harmon will always come in and give you a run down. I couldn't be more pleased with this office, I highly recommend. Dr. Harmon and his staff are THE BEST! I was referred by a co-worker when I moved to Denver about 1.5 years ago. Since then, I've told everyone I know to go see Dr. Harmon and his amazing crew. I've seen many dentists in my life, but here is what makes Dr. Harmon stand out - 1. I have a busy work schedule and often cannot make appointments during the week. No problem! Dr. Harmon takes appointments on Saturdays. Amazing. 2. I've had dentists in the past who make you sit around for hours - but every time I've been to Dr. Harmon's office I've been seen right away and I've been in and out in less than an hour. 3. I've never met such a friendly office crew! They greet you by name and really make you feel comfortable. 4. Customer service is amazing! For each referral, I've received a sweet gift and a handwritten thank you note. 5. Most dentists I've seen in the past just pop in for 2 minutes at the end of a cleaning. This was my first visit and I was impressed. When I called to schedule, the staff member was very pleasant and friendly. I promptly recieved my schedule request via email. Their website was easy to navigate and i was even able to fill out all my forms from my iPad. For my visit, I was seen promptly as scheduled.
