I had a great experience with Mount Prospect Dental Care. Dr. Ali was excellent, he was very thorough and takes time to explain everything that is being performed on your teeth and allows you to make informed decisions on your dental health. There was no upselling or anything like this, only what was medically necessary was performed. Dr. Ali's support staff were also great and very friendly. He saw that my dad was in dire need of new bottom dentures and offered an expedited process to get us to the next appointment quickly. I feel very confident that he's the guy to take on this challenge (my dad). He also didn't have a weird doctor-y vibe that so many docs (especially dentists) can have. He seemed normal, which was very comforting. His support staff (nurse and desk chick) couldn't have been nicer and really were eager to help/please. And don't get me started on their office. It's like a luxury hotel, compared to what I'm use to. Modern, immaculate and super stylish--which makes me think this guy knows his stuff and has cared for all details of the practice. Seriously, so nice to make a random appointment and have all my expectations exceeded. Phew.
