I had some dental work done a couple of days ago by Dr. Malin and her assistant Miriam and I cannot say enough good things about them. Let's start with the fact that they are knowledgeable, professional, and the kindest people. Dental work has always made me quite nervous, and Dr. Malin and Miriam put me at ease, explaining everything they were doing which helped greatly. They made sure I was comfortable and took great care in performing the work I needed to fix my tooth. Even a couple days later I received a phone call asking how I was feeling. I was with dr.Norton this time , she was fast and explained everything step by step and Olga was very good. You can tell she is great at what she does. All the hygienist were all friendly and smiling face. My family left this clinic due to incorrect estimates that was given to me which was the basis of my decision if I will do the procedure or not. The actual billing was 40 percent higher to what they provided so we felt betrayed. I called Delta Dental and they told me that this clinic is under Delta Dental Premier so you pay more out of pocket (estimates that were provided do not reflect the correct coverage which I don't get, obviously their system was not updated- so be pro active and call Delta dental to confirm the estimates. If you are just looking for dentist, find out if it is under PPO or Premier( which you will pay more out of pocket). Otherwise can't complain with all the hygienist! read more

For some reason Alex was hell bent on talking about finance, while I was more concerned with the dental procedure. This is my first or second negative review ever. There are better options. I feel obligated to write this review for my fellow yelpers...I was just going to walk away and say nothing but Alex's last comments before we all hung up abruptly made me very upset, especially after I had my father come here based on my recommendation of the great reviews, I read. But the negative reviews pretty much sum up everything I experienced with my father. So here's the story: My father came in to get some new replacement crowns on some of his teeth in 2017. The dentist replaced them but for some reason decided to use temporary glue and not cement right away. She came out to the car where my mom was waiting for my dad and asked how do you like them & that they would permanently cement them the next day...she supposedly wanted my mom to see how they were for some reason...not sure why..well low and behold the next day comes and they couldn't take them off. She promised she would help in the future if they got loose or had problems which he did and when he came back a year later she filled in the gaps with some type of filling and charged him like $800 on top of it... I remember reaching out to them before to see why those crowns were done that way but never got any solid answers...recently my father was complaining again on how they were not fitting well and I remembered trying to get answers from back then, so decided to call again one more time and see if the dentist remembered that situation to give us some answers. Unfortunately, the gatekeeper/spouse Alex was very unprofessional and refused to have the dentist reach out to us or give us any answers. Obviously the dentist's procedures were not done correctly & based on having to deal with Alex's personality and lack of professionalism, you couldn't pay me to go there...and according to Alex I can't ever call that office again were his words today...so I definitely would stay away from this place!!
