The front desk when asked didn't know what time the hygienist was going to arrive. The front desk should have called me at home or on my cell phone, and informed me about the wait, or rescheduled me, but they informed me when I arrived. The dentist or other staff didn't even try to do the cleaning while I was waiting. The front desk didn't try to fit me in for rescheduling due to their mistake (it was going to be a two month wait for another appointment time). I just left. I have had some long wait times in this office the past few years. I have had some other bad experiences with other employees at this dental office the past few years too. I have been a patient for about 6 years. It seems like the past two years a lot of staff turnover has happened. The sad part is I like the dentists, and the dentists that work here and own the company are very skilled and you get good quality for dental work for what they do.

After a couple appointments, I asked them about this one tooth that really been bothering me that pain is just crooked and the bottom of my right side mouth immediately they recommended Invisalign. They could recommend a very good plan they said or I could pay cash and give me a nice discount thought about it and then I went ahead. I felt OK this might work so after I paid, they did the fitting and when it was time to insert the Invisalign, I was told I would have to boil these for 22 hours a day OK maybe I should've read more about it but I think the dentist should've gone over all of that with me to make a long story short, I couldn't wear it for a day. I have anxiety. I have seizure disorder and it freaked me out. Tried to get my money back or at least partial but he said I can give you free dental cleaning for the amount of $3859.until it's used up well you can imagine how long that's gonna take and do I really trust him anymore yes, I did file a complaint with my bank, but unfortunately this statute of limitation couldn't do it anymore. Yes, I did call Invisalign and they said it's the dentist who has to reconcile your account yes I did have two mouthguards when they paid for the other one said no it's not part of the plan. You have to pay out-of-pocket call to see what my balance is and no one knew so needless to say I won't go back and I'm sorry that I went there in the first place just because it was a discount on my cleaning and x-rays beware

You can tell she was made for this job! Then onto Maggie the hygienist also sweet and knowledgeable and my teeth have never felt so clean . Then Kate and Dr Bosco ! What a team ! Fun , nice and incredibly knowledgeable and excellent at what they do . I feel lucky to have a dental practice like this for my family. Even my kids love it ! This place is very professional with all the little touches that make you feel at home like flowers for moms around Mother's Day and things for dads around Father's Day . It's just a warm feeling you get upon arrival. Everyone knows Deede and she treats them like they are her own family . I've even heard people tell her that they missed her . Last time when I was there for some work it was another patients 90th birthday and Deede went out and got him a small cake with a candle and they sang happy birthday to him . I also immediately noticed how clean and new the office was, which is a nice upgrade from my old dentist's office. I had Maggie as my hygienist and she was great. She was very personable which helped me feel more at ease--I'm someone who has never felt relaxed during a visit to the dentist. Maggie did a great job with my cleaning and X-rays. She went out of her way to make sure the equipment she was using really fit comfortably in my mouth for X-rays. Dr. Basko was very professional and kind. She was very informative and helpful setting a plan for my next visit. She did a wonderful job explaining each little thing to me and helping me consider more things I can do to continue my dental health long term. Dr. Durso and his team is really good at what they do, but they have a weird policy of making…read morepayments. If you go for a service, you will have to make a full payment up front and then later they will process you claim to insurance. They are not sure if you will get a refund back. They will not tell you if whether your insurance covers the service. They do not care if you get your money back from the insurance they just want to be safe by taking the money from you. I am 21 and a student, and I pay for this out of my pocket. I had to pay 200 dollars just for checking if i need a root canal or not. The insurance company tells me that they do not cover that because they did something different. Really very disappointed with the team.

I felt the initial recommendation was premature. This was decided after only one month of a half treatment and they used a temporarily filling which degrades in one month which is not even enough time to regenerate bone growth. That temporary filling caused me to do the root canal all over again because it got contaminated. They are good for standard root canals but not specially difficult cases.
