You walk in and feel totally swept away by the beautiful decor. The store is clean, the seating is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They even offer drinks to the customers while they work. My second visit was equally charming. Max was my nail tech and he was a total professional. We had a light conversation while he worked and he did a superior job. I told him he would be "my guy" when I return in a couple weeks. The prices are fair and the range of services is wide. I'm still new to manicures, but I feel so fancy when I walk out of there. It's a nice feeling to pamper yourself now and then, so if you need a place to go and you aren't sure, try Paris Nails and Spa. I think you'll be delighted you did. By the way, I walked in without an appointment both times and never waited more than about five minutes to be seen.

The pedicure for both my princess and Mom were very special. Vivian took care of my Mom while Hannah took care of my princess. They both enjoyed the service that was received. After asking what color they would like on their nails, it was requested if they were able to do a "stars and stripe" design on at least on of the nails.........and it was a success!!! By showing Vivian one time of a design, she modified it to be able to fit on the toes on both Mom and princess toe. What a great job of finishing touch/design by Vivian! Job well done. She sat down, start clipping my toenails and I flinched not because she was rough, but I haven't had a pedicure in months and my feet were just sore. When I flinched she grabbed my foot and told me to RELAX! Like I was bothering her and she was rude. I politely dried off my feet and walked out. It appeared that she was having a bad day. I overlooked that. But to grab an adults feet like they are a toddler? I spoke with the owner (the husband) he apologized. I don't pay to be mistreated when I can get that for free: Sad too because I've been going to them since they opened. I had past ankle surgery and still have scars, and I clearly informed her that my skin is sensitive and the area could be very painful. Despite this, she pressed very hard on my ankle bone multiple times, exactly where my surgery was done. When I expressed discomfort, she casually said "no pain, no gain," which was very insensitive and unprofessional. She also asked me to lay down in a sitting chair position, which was very uncomfortable. When I told her it was not comfortable, she said she couldn't change the chair position. She even tried using the remote but didn't know how to adjust it properly, and I had to adjust the chair myself. Overall, the behavior, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my injury were unacceptable.

I don't think the older woman who did them was super familiar with doing dip powder sets, because she kept having one of the men in the shop kind of looking over her and showing her what to do or what to fix. For the first 20mins I was the only customer in the shop and the silence was awkward, tv off, no music, and all the staff on their phones. I was needing a fill really bad and couldn't wait for an appointment at my other location due to a time restraint, next time I will suffer through it and wait if I have to, I just wasn't very satisfied here at all.
