The great customer service could be experienced through the phone! All of my many questions were answered and Thumb made me feel really comfortable asking anything! I have to say that I normally groom my own private parts, so this was a first! I get there and am quickly greeted. Thumb explained everything to me before anything happened which put me at ease. I braced for shock at the thought ripping hairs, but it wasn't that painful at all. I was pleasantly surprised! We conversed about our kids the entire time and then it was over. It went pretty fast. Maybe a flinch or two in sensitive areas, but nothing like I expected or feared. She is very thorough. The place is spotless and very well organized. I will definitely visit again.

She is careful and keeps me talking, laughing and sufficiently distracted so our time together goes quickly and smoothly. The hairdressers at the salon do a brisk business, but I've not had the opportunity to patronize them. It is hypnotic watching them at their craft though.
