They asked if it was okay to extend the time before we left, which felt a bit off--almost like they were trying to get more money out of us. They also called me twice once 30 mins prior to the end of the cleaning session to say they had two hours of work left and then again maybe 15 minutes later asking if they could do just one more hour instead after I initially declined. While they did clean, it just felt like they were taking an unusually long time, given how little was actually needed.
