We called around to a few places and we chose clean and dry because they had great reviews, we wanted to support a local business, and they offered a military discount. Even with the discount, they were a little more than some of their competitors, but based on everything else we decided to give them a chance. I called and got a quote from Kathy (who is extremely nice and helpful). When I called back to schedule, there was some confusion on the original quote not including a hallway we had discussed so she said she would include the hallway at no cost. The owner, Stacy, showed up to our home, and as we were doing the walkthrough I mentioned the hallway and confusion. He said that he heard the phone calls, agreed they were confusing, and said it's normally 30 for the hallway but he would do it for free if we wanted him to. I agreed since that was what we were quoted, and he said, "You know what, I don't want to do any of it." When I asked what he meant, he said he doesn't work for free and said he was leaving. I was confused since he offered to do it for free, but he walked out. I don't know if he was in a bad mood already, but that is terrible customer service and he was extremely rude to my wife and I. There were so many other ways to handle the situation. My wife and I had moved all of our stuff out of the rooms and had our kids sleep downstairs so he would have plenty of room to work and since we wouldn't be able to access the rooms until they dried. Had he tried to talk to me about it we probably could have up with a solution, but he refused to do anything at that point. I called Kathy back and she said she would try to figure out what was going on, but I never heard anything back. I would recommend finding someone else to clean your carpets.

I recently bought a home off market and went to move in this past holiday weekend (Memorial Day). Upon moving in, I realized the house wasn't cleaned in the slightest. Dirty baseboards, dusty closets, grimy bathroom floors. An absolute nightmare. I reached out to Christina about this who responded immediately. Trevor, the owner, was at my house same day to look things over and help schedule the clean for the weekend. The following day, Audrea spent the morning cleaning and Sabrina finished that afternoon. Audrea was then back again Sunday morning to finish cleaning. She wasn't happy with how the bathroom floors looked even after cleaning and put in a lot of effort to figure out how to get the dirt and grout out of the bathroom tiles. She did an amazing job making the floor look almost new. It wasn't perfect, but I'm not sure if the bathroom floors had been cleaned in 10+ years. She went to Home Depot before coming over that day and worked with Trevor to find a cleaning solution to help with the floors. That kind of effort is rare these days! Both ladies did an amazing job cleaning my home and helping me feel more comfortable when I was very unhappy upon moving in. I'm so appreciative of Christina and Trevor for the amount of effort they put in to help me in this terrible situation. The fact that 2 of their cleaners were able to come over the holiday weekend so last minute tells me everything I need to know about this company. Trevor was also there for a final walkthrough once the job was complete. Customer service is a dying art in this world and having a company put in the amount of effort that they did for such an extreme request at the last minute says more about them than I could put into words. I would recommend Heritage Shine Cleaners to anyone because of this alone. They are reliable, hardworking, and communicative. Will definitely be continuing to use them moving forward.
