We are part-time Florida residents and needed all of this work to start on a specific date and be done by a specific date. I made all of the arrangements with Nick long distance. Of course I had some anxiety that all of this would work out while I was still in Maryland. However, Nick started on the exact date I requested and worked hard to complete all of the work by the time we were returning to Florida. In removing the wallpaper he found that the walls were not in good condition so he recommended that we add texture to the walls, and quoted a very modest additional fee for that. We are so grateful that he did that as the walls look fantastic and the texture is a great addition. All of the work looks great. Nick is a terrific person; very fair, honest and reliable. I feel very fortunate to have found him!

The Copeland crew (3 techs) came and scraped the damage drywall and used drywall mud to reshape the area.To speed the job they used fans to dry the mud and primer. The results are wonderful and exactly what I have come to expect from them. This is the second time I've used A-Choice and I went back to them because of the results from using them the first time. We declined stating the work hasn't started. 1st clue of financial problems. The paint job was completed and the balance was paid. The painters did a great job. Always an excuse, no word back, taking a class, etc. We have since hired another contractor and notified Richard that we would no longer need his service and expected our deposit as he did not deliver as indicated in contract.
