Pitkins is a staple of the community!! They have the parts needed for nearly any "fix" needed for a house built by Hylton, or any of the other builders in Woodbridge, Dale City, Lake Ridge, or Manassas. Their service is still very nice and the place resembles what it always has. They have specialty items, like Big Green Egg and it's a great place to come for them! One time 2 employees came over and helped me load 20 bags of topsoil and river rocks onto my cart and did it with a smile on their face. Today we bought a pressure washer and the young man who helped us had clearly been raised right and trained right on customer service. We were very impressed for his professionalism despite his young age, as it's rare these days to find a young person with such work ethic. All in all, we've e never had a bad experience at this store.
