A few years back I had an issue with burnt pignoli cookies that I ordered for a party, I picked them up but didn't see them until the box was opened. I called to complain and they said they weren't burnt. I brought them in the next day to show them and the chuckled and said the baker must have fallen asleep. I said they should have thrown them out, the employee told me those are too expensive to throw out! I thought (and should have said) I know, I had to pay for it!!!
