There were people in front of me and the whole time I was there there was steady flow people coming in behind me. This place is busy and they keep it going. There's plenty of staff. From the size of the crowd, I thought it was a Beatles Reunion Concert or something. The locals told us that it is REALLY GOOD, but evening waits can easily exceed an hour. Parking looked tough. We dropped by the next day around lunch time. No line, easy parking. The menu board has over 40 flavors, which include some intriguing ones such as honey cinnamon, honey lavender, blackberry ginger, avocado coconut. I did the cinnamon, the wife opted for the lavender. They were REALLY UNIQUE AND REALLY GOOD. My daughter has some food allergies, and we were impressed by the careful listing of potential allergens on the menu list. Next time I'm out on the east end of Long Island, I'll be going there again and getting some quarts to go. I just advise you to either go off-peak, or be prepared to hob-Nob with a lot of locals for a while in line.
