We arrived early in the day and found a lovely table underneath a beautiful tree. It was beautifully sunny, and we begin our tasting. We actually had our tasting inside the brewery and then chose a cider to have outside. It was hard to choose because we loved them all. I ended up choosing the ciderRita to have glass of. The cocktails do change every 6 months, so what you may see on their Yelp page maybe different than what you may make. After the class you receive the recipes for the 3 drinks as well as a coupon to be used towards your purchases at their store.

Given it was such a nice day out, we sat outside. The staff member who assisted us was really friendly and very knowledgeable of the wines. We got a flight of ice wine and a flight of regular wine to share. All had a mix of red and white we really enjoyed. We also got a couple snacks - Tomato Bruschetta and Mixed Olives that were all quite good. Upon leaving, we even got a bottle of one of their ice wines to go.
