We were walking by when we realized this was a brewery so we peaked our heads in and decided to stop in for a beer and some food. The space is beautiful! There is a bar and I believe one table on the first floor. We were told there is additional seating up at, which is where most people went as they came in. We sat at the bar. I don't remember what beers we decided on but they were very good. We also go the hummus duo and a pepperoni pizza. Everything was great!

My houseguests (including my daughter's dog, Sage, who I was dog sitting) stopped here after a walk around NOTL. We shared an app and sampled some beer before heading for dinner at a family member's place nearby. This was the perfect spot for us. The upstairs back patio was shady and dog friendly. The service was quick and efficient. And the setting was perfect - like being in a treehouse. The Nachos had plenty of cheese and garnishes with sides of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. We really liked this spot as it was perfect to relax on a sweltering hot day!

An awesome location in old historic NOTL. Great sour beer and cheese flight i'd come back for that alone. Upstairs was closed for a private event so lucky to get a seat. Bartender was a nice gal.

We came here for lunch and really enjoyed it! We had to go upstairs to be seated, and it was a tight fit, but we were able to get a table. It was cute in there, but is tight quarters if you have a larger group. I liked how some tables were more relaxed seating with couches and lower tables for a more chill feel. Our server was great and would check on things to make sure he got the menu items right when we asked questions. I got the grilled cheese and it was soo cheesy and gooey. I also got the chips with the onion dip on the side, which I highly recommend!

Great little brewery with a variety of styles. They lean towards creative and funky beers, which are well executed. My favorite was the Rosemary Lager, the English Bitter and the blended sour (Touski vol 2). Staff is nice, too, and they offer some light bites to with the beer. Worth a stop.

The beer flight was unique and very refreshing on a hot summer day. The arugula salad was fresh and pizza was delicious. Service was fast.

Stopped in to share a beer flight with friends on a Saturday afternoon. The first floor is pretty small and the bar was full. We were able to take a few chairs by the door/window, but later found out how nice and spacious the second floor is. I would definitely recommend checking it out up there. The beer was ok! We liked a few more than others. I'm a sour fan and I liked whichever they chose for me (we said dealers choice) and my friends really enjoyed the rosemary beer. The bartenders were super friendly and accommodating.

First time I can say an entire flight was enjoyable. Also the serving baked and tasters are fun. There's no thrills to this brewery, regarding atmosphere and service; no music, banter, etc. Beer is delicious and it stays open longer than most spots on the strip. Good menu is very limited to say the least. Would I come back?...Yes, to grab and go only.

This is a very small but great brewery right in the heart of Niagara on the Lakes. Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, great food and a good selection of beer.

Cozy spot with great people and incredible service. The little shop inside is also very nice. Their flights are very well made for tastings and the size are very reasonable not from a quantity and a price standpoint. It allows you to share sampler with friends. The only small downside ( I réalise it's only personal ) but they seem to carry more lighter, fruity beer compared to stronger beer like IPA or scotch ale, which are my favorite. Still, a place to discover

I love craft beer and stumbling across The Exchange Brewery was such a treat! We only had time for one beer, but I wish we had time for more. We opted for the porter which had smooth caramel undertones. The beer was inexpensive and the bartenders were super friendly. They sell so much merch like t-shirts, crew necks and more - of course I had to leave with a glass! You are able to buy their beer bottled or by the growler. Next time I find myself in town, I'll certainly stop by to really explore the menu. They have an upstairs as well and the washrooms were really clean!

The Exchange Brewery is a must visit for beer lovers! 2017 Canadian Brewery of the Year 2017 Gold, Silver and Bronze 2017 Ontario Brewing Awards 2017 Gold US Open Beer Championship That's impressive for a Ontario Brewery that just celebrate their 2nd anniversary last weekend (Feb 8-11/2018) Their beers are just exceptional and you do need to come down to try some of the casked one and seasonal! I ended up also picked up a vintage bottle. Everything here is World Class with Style, from their decor, their tasting flight set up and what they are brewing. $4 Beer After 4 PM every Thursday at their Taproom! Seriously, what are you waiting for?!

After three wineries, my husband was definitely ready for some food. When you walk in, you definitely feel like you're entering an English pub! The bar, and place, ent of the bar was very traditional to pubs in the UK. Our server Lawerence definitely helped with his English accent! When asked where he was from, he said Bristol! He came to Canada after her sister relocated. He originally was a cook, but given his accent, they asked hi. To move to the front! Well done. He was a great server too! Very friendly! We decided to share the sausage rolls and shepherds pie. My husband had two Guinness! I'm not sure where he put it in top of the wine, but glad I was driving. The sausage rolls were very tasty. The mustard that came for dipping was the perfect accompaniment. The shepherd's pie had a dark Guinness gravy that was rich and flavorful. I enjoyed the side of peas and carrots too! Sharing these two was the perfect amount, however we wished we'd got the poutine! It looked amazing, it would've been too much food though. Guess we will need to return! PS: loved seeing the sign for Upper Canada Brewing company! In 1988, I visited them with my college partner as we did a college paper on microbrewers! At that time, they were one of a few. We also had visited Great Lakes brewing in CLE! The microbrewing industry exploded shortly there after! Was a great personal walk down memory lane for my college days!! While Upper Canada was sold, was just excellent to see an old sign!

I decided maybe Virgil was close enough to try it, and oh my goodness - I understood at once why poutine is so popular. If you also hail from a poutine-less area of the world, fear not - done well, it's a great dish. The beer was also excellent. I can see why The Black Lager is Canada's most award-winning Schwarzbier. There are some really good schwarzebiers in my city, and Silversmith's is right up there with them. I also have a Nut Brown Ale, and a small size of the Motueka, both of which I would get again. They know what they are doing with their food and drink. And the atmosphere is really good as well. The old-church-turned-brewery is beautiful. I'll let the pictures in other reviews do it justice. The service was good. It was relatively busy the night I was there, but the service was still quick enough and even a bit conversational - I recall one of the bartenders worked at Silversmith in the warmer months, and travels southeast Asia in the colder months, which is pretty cool. I would likely be a regular if I lived in the area.
