From day one of contacting G&M, they were nothing but friendly, responsive, and answered all the questions I had prior to starting my kitchen remodel. Wing came to my house to take measurements and created a floor plan that best suited the size and layout of my kitchen. Wing was amazing throughout, always answering the phone and clearly explaining anything I had questions about. They work incredibly fast! Once my kitchen was prepped: new paint and drywall, I called Wing to let her know I was ready to begin. She immediately scheduled her workers, had all the materials in stock, and the entire job was completed in just two quick days, unheard of! The design that they have on display gives a perspective of what we wanted some knobs to fit into the new kitchen couldn't find the knob somewhere else, but we decided to come here at first we're greeted by giving us an opportunity to browse around a small display, but after browsing around, we were approach gentleman who offered to help us with the knobs, at first he was willing to help us with the knobs we're looking for gold handles none handles are in display are available so we kind of compromise to change the style of what we wanted it. It wasn't too convincing, but given the opportunity that the guy was helping us want to do some business. The lady gave us a quote for specific for five dollars and then when the gentleman helped us he gave us a go for three dollars per knob. The price is good didn't complain since we were on decisive. The gentleman who was helping us was getting frustrated but customers could've got frustrated because he didn't have the knobs that we were looking for as the sales person. They need to have patience when it comes to the design especially when they don't have our needs but we're willing to be professional and still work with him but unfortunately, at the end, he made a comment that made us decide to departure without buying anything. at first they didn't think about it, but we were trying to help the business, but also compromise with us on the pricing they were looking for the common he made then it was very disrespectful and racial Or Hispanics making a difference for our new kitchen it's a pride joy we work hard I get it, but when you come come to a place that sells knobs cabinets and things like that you would a little more professional regardless of your nationality. it's understandable if you don't have a product don't blame it on someone else specially, who is trying to make a business for you. I went through 3 custom made cabinet contractors and everything was either a horrible non-functioning design or overpriced. I came here on a recommendation from a friend. The first time i sat down with Carmen she gave me a usable kitchen design for a cook. Their selection was adequate. i do not have time to look through 10 catalogs. I picked my items made some adjustments and was done. I do want to highlight that their quartz pricing and installation is super competitive. Now for the work. Even the other contractors onsite (GC, plumber, fine finish carpenter, flooring) were impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The cabinets were up in 2 days and the counter tops in 1 day. They are one of the few stars in my remodel. The pics do not do the work justice. I took them towards dusk.

From the beginning Manuel was challenging to get ahold of (no responses on emails mostly). Work started a week later than we had agreed on and Initially the project was supposed to take 3 days - demo, install, finishing- and it was suggested that it could be done in one week. The project started September 25 2024 and was finally finished November 15, almost 2 months. During demo we had to ask them to stop because they did not tape off the space and spread huge amounts of dust throughout our house that we ended up needing to do lead and aesbestos testing to move forward (not to mention, I had to take a day off of work to clean up the mess created). We had to call and text and basically beg them to send people out to finish the work and we could tell we were a very low priority- mostly working Saturdays, canceling multiple times after committing to dates, unwilling to commit to days until a day or two in advance, etc. He pretended he would work around our schedule but if that was the case, this work would have NEVER been completed. I canceled plans 3 times during this process to make myself available to get this work done. After demo, I think they realized this job was more complicated than originally anticipated but instead of telling us that, Manuel just kept us guessing, unsure if the timeline had changed- he did not want to communicate specifics with us which we would have really appreciated and welcomed. We learned quickly that they were not particularly respectful of our space so we began taping up our own plastic space dividers to keep dust and fumes out of the rest of our living space. The workers were very nice and I believe the issue is with management rather than the workers themselves. In the end, the work is nice enough which is why I give 2 stars instead of 1. The finished work was absolutely not worth the headache and displacement we experienced to get it done. It was a truly painful experience. I have other cabinetry projects I would like to do but will absolutely not be hiring MJ Custom cabinetry again to do the work.

I visited several cabinetry vendors in the area, but the moment I walked into DDS, I immediately knew this was where I'd be purchasing from. First of all, the showroom is beautiful. The displays are thoughtfully designed, with so many custom ideas and truly lovely craftsmanship. It made it easy to visualize possibilities for my own space. Secondly - the pricing. Based on how gorgeous their cabinetry is, I was convinced it would be way out of my budget. To my surprise, DDS provided the BEST quote out of all the vendors I visited! When I received the pricing, I was honestly shocked (in the best way!). I was even able to add more to my order than I originally planned. They offer tons of customization options and have a very quick turnaround time. My parents did two (smaller) kitchen remodels recently from vendors in the area - my kitchen was quite a bit larger and ended up being much more affordable than theirs AND nicer quality! And most importantly: the customer service. This was my first time shopping for cabinetry, and I felt completely lost at first. I worked with Grace throughout the entire process, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was patient, thorough, and incredibly supportive. Proceeded with the renovations which took a total of 6 months for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Peter the owner is a really nice and reasonable person. Grace who is also great, is the person at the front desk who assisted with all the floor plans. We of course ran into some hurdles as I expected with any renovation , however the service from Grace and Peter was top notch. There was a language barrier with the construction workers but we just called Grace to translate. There timed it would be tough when she wasn't available. I highly recommend them. We love our new house now. Thank you!!
