He first redid 6 dining room chairs, then I brought an entire car seat to him a few years later. Both times the work was excellent. So when our 20 year old sofa showed considerable leather degradation my wife and I looked for a replacement. However finding a comparable quality sofa at less than $10K was not possible. My wife suggested using Jose again as we knew his quality and workmanship. He has so many available options in regard to color and quality that is was easy to make a match. The price to repair including pickup and delivery was far below what purchasing a comparable sofa would have cost us. We always loved the feel and comfort of that sofa and were so happy that Jose could restore it and match the color and appearance.

Truly a hard worker. Really good communication as he texted me on updates in a quick manner for material he has and he remembered everything needed to be done. Also worked with me on the time I could pick it up and was flexible. I had a minor issue with my chair when I took it back home and told Bernardo about it. He fixed it for me quickly and told me if I have any other issues I can let him know. Grade A quality service and customer service! This is definitely my go-to for upholstery needs from now on.

Joanne has experience in cat-proofing with her own little critters, and she swore by the fabric that looked great after 7 years and counting in her house. It definitely gave us confidence, even knowing how destructive our little critters can be. Joanne was extremely responsive and most of our communication was accomplished remotely, but we also benefited greatly from visiting the office and going through fabrics. She gave us a competitive price that INCLUDED pickup and delivery, which is a rarity these days and made for an UNBEATABLE price. Oscar responded with clear and reasonable quotes and a 5-wk process time. sofas were picked up as scheduled. since we're trying to save some $ and matching the seat cushion, there were not too many choices of fabric to choose from. and It was hard/expensive to find trims that matched original design of the sofa. Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it. Oscar was very responsive via text. the staffs were all very helpful throughout the process. I would have given them 5-stars if I didn't have to be so nervous the last 2 days worrying they wouldn't make it.
