We also needed someone to paint the entire house, including the eaves, wood windows, trim, and exterior doors. As the project progressed, we also added on removing a window, re-siding the back of our house (a long wall without stucco), installing a new back door, and replacing our old garage door with a brand new one. Through all these changes, Daniel and sons rolled with the punches and delivered an absolutely gorgeous end product. Teo was on time and communicated very clearly with what the cause could be and the solution. He's also very professional and knows what he was doing and reasonable on his pricing. He did the stuccos and the weather for the following two weeks was all rain. While we were waiting for the stuccos to dry, he stayed on top of the project and made sure that the stuccos were completely dry and the paint can be applied correctly. Teo also changed some very old power outlets outside the house walls and he helped to change a dimmer switch in the bedroom to fix the flickering light.
