After Jesus left, I reached out to express my frustration. We exchanged a few messages, and then communication stopped entirely. I received no follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to address the issue. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern only added to the disappointment. I drive my vehicle daily and am very familiar with its condition. Even my husband, who frequently drives my car, confirmed that the discoloration and roughness on the gear shifter were not present prior to the detailing. His vehicle is nearly 10 years older than mine, yet his gear shifter shows far less wear. It is unreasonable to suggest that this level of damage was already there. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism is demonstrated through honesty, accountability, and willingness to make things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. But when it comes to "seamless" installation, theres a level of skill that's required and there's just not that many installers that can do the job. After carefully looking at some of their work, I ended up having WRAPSTARS do the job. Sienna's work is amazing, she's very patient and detailed, and every line that could be tucked is fully tucked, and anything that couldn't be tucked, she'd cut it into the edge. Out of the 10+ shops I've called before them, they all say they couldn't wrap the trunk spoiler section one piece, or the mirror has to have a visible seam. While they claim it's not possible, I'd say it's a skill issue.

I paid $300 for an interior detail and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the result…read more I understand no detail is going to be absolutely perfect, but my issue wasn't a few small spots being missed. There were multiple areas of the interior that appeared not to have been cleaned at all. The car was detailed inside a garage, which he later explained made it difficult to see everything. He did bring and use his own strong detailing light. I can understand how the lighting could have caused some of the spray/residue left on the controls and other surfaces to be overlooked. That really wasn't my biggest issue, though. My main problem was finding so many areas that seemed to have been completely untouched. After the detail, I found a significant amount of crumbs and debris alongside and underneath the passenger seat and in the seat rails. When I extended the seat, there were still crumbs in the areas that became exposed. The storage compartment at the bottom of the passenger door had not been cleaned. I also have a small removable quarter holder near the cup holders, and it apparently wasn't lifted because there was still dirt underneath it. One of the bigger issues was the storage compartment underneath the center armrest. It didn't appear to have been cleaned, but somehow water had gotten inside. When I tried wiping the water up myself, I realized it had mixed with the dirt already in the compartment and turned into gunk. I ended up having to clean each of the small individual crevices myself. There were also milk stains underneath one of my floor mats. The top of the mat had been cleaned, but underneath it had not. There was also product/spray residue left behind on the climate controls, iDrive controls, and other surfaces. Again, I could understand some residue being difficult to see in the garage. What I had a much harder time understanding were entire compartments, underneath removable items, underneath the mat, and areas around and underneath the seats not being cleaned. I ended up going through the interior myself afterward. One side of the towel he gave me was literally black by the time I finished cleaning the areas that had been missed. What makes this especially disappointing is the price. I normally pay around $190-$215 for interior details and have received more thorough work. I paid $300 expecting the higher price to come with a more meticulous job, and instead I spent my own time finishing a substantial amount of the cleaning. I contacted him privately before leaving this review and sent photos of the issues. To his credit, he was apologetic and offered to come back and redo the missed areas, along with an exterior wash, wax, clay bar, rims, and tires at no additional charge. I do appreciate that he offered to try to make things right, which is why I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 but I can't trust someone with the exterior when the interior was treated this way. However, after seeing how much of the interior had been missed, I simply wasn't comfortable having additional work done on the car. Since I had already cleaned the missed areas myself, I asked whether we could instead work something out on the $300 I paid. A partial refund was not offered. I'm including photos because I think they show the condition of the vehicle after the service better than I can describe it. For $300, this was nowhere near the level of interior detail I expected.

I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. The PPF came in clutch and protected most of my original car paint. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. Leo, Allen, and Dom were so kind to help me clean up and fix the area and make it look as new as possible. Not only did I receive high quality products and services from them 2 years ago, but now I receive a lifetime of trust in anything car detailing related!
